Omg I'm so very thankful I checked out chewy website on black Friday. I do alot of online shopping since covid a few big companies what a disgrace. After a long wk dealing with another co.pany for fruits and nuts and the horrible service I was really iffy. I however are super impressed. Idk if it supply and demand issue but can't buy certain foods anymore fir our animals. My mothers 16 yr old cat only eats certain kinds of fancy feast which you really can't get at super markets anymore. She is very picky but the princess of the house. Hate watching my mom struggle finding food. She's a stage 4 lung cancer patient in treatment and most days very weak. So I found what I was looking for with chewy. I made a order o e day it arrive the next day!!! I am so impressed I signed up for monthly drop offs for her 2 cases every month so she isn't obligated to go to the store every single day. These companies do not know our daily struggles but just honesty and good service goes a long way. So a yr of cat food and a air fryer for mom this yr for Christmas I'm sure the catfood is going to be the star of the show!! I ordered two Kong toys for my daughter's dog. When they arrived, I realized that I should have ordered the medium size. When I contacted them about exchanging the toys, I was told they would issue a refund. I was asked to donate the toys to a local shelter. My initial email was responded to in a very timely matter. I appreciated not having to go to the post office to return the items. The mistake was totally mine, but Chewy made it easy for me.

We have used Chewy for a few years and have only experienced 2 issues. The customer service was exceptional both time. All the way down to the reps tone of voice, willingness to help and immediate resolution! Thanks for giving us a great company to use that truly still cares about customer service!

I order a large supply of puppy pads, bag of dog food and some treats. Then my 13 year old dear companion, Fred, my miniature dachshund, became serious ill, likely leukemia, and I had to put her to sleep. In a few hours I called Chew, remembering the order, to see if it could be canceled. They would try, but regardless they would refund the order and I can donate it. The thoughtful person also asked about Fred then and let me know if I need to talk to anyone about her, just call, they there 24/7. Then today I had a beautiful bouquet of bright yellow cheery flower from my friends at Chewy. Roses and mums. Besides the good service I’ve always received, this was the unexpected extra mile that no one expects. Thank you Jacob and chewy family.

Chewy is a company that goes the extra mile, and then some. My best bud of 15 years, my Cat Soco, whom I rescued when he was just a kitten, passed away last week due to complications from diabetes. We woke up to find him so weak he could barely stand and not 20 minutes after arriving at the emergency vet and learning his prognosis were we there with him in the room to see him off to the next world. An awful, heart-breaking experience we'll never forget. The folks at Chewy though were there for us in a way you don't expect from companies. When my wife notified Chewy of Soco's passing, not only did Chewy cancel and refund us for a pending order but Chewy issued us a significant refund for diabetic management food we had just recently received (food that we donated to our local animal shelter). The Chewy rep's email to my wife was so kind and empathetic, as she made sure to pass along her personal condolences. If that wasn't enough, days later we received a sympathy card from Chewy. Two days after that, a bouquet of roses. We were brought to tears. We put the flowers next to Soco's collar and favorite toy as a tribute. Chewy has our business for life.

I ordered some insulin and needles from chewy for my dog lily who was diabetic and only had the supplies for 2 days and my dog lily didn't make it! Her diabetes got the best of her! So I called chewy back to see if I could send it back or donate it and they refunded my money right away. Then my doorbell rang and here was a dozen assorted beautiful roses from chewy! What a great company chewy is! I will diffently be ordering from them again and tell all my friends and family about Chewy! Thanks 😊 Pam

I called to cancel an order because my dog died the day before. Monica, in Customer Service, was so kind and compassionate. Not only did she credit my account, but the next day I received flowers with a lovely note! This goes above and beyond, and I cannot thank Monica enough. It reaffirms my belief that there are still good people in the world. Thank you Monica and Chewy!

I had to cancel my dog food shipment because my dog died. I was crying on the phone and the lady was really nice. Couple days later I received a dozen yellow roses and a vase. I couldn't believe that they sent me a dozen roses and a sympathy card. Amazing. It was amazing
