Never use the pharmacy at Chewie. I sent my prescription into them and they said they never received it. Before I sent it I had asked to send it digitally and they refused and said they had no way of doing that. My dog has been out two months of medication and they said they never received my prescription, they are liars!

Have never waited this long for delivery from Chewy. My cart has been awaiting delivery 1.4 miles from my house since Sat morning. Now Sat. @ 10:30 pm and no delivery.

Chewy's website has false advertising and refused to honor their fraudulent advertising ! I went to order my favorite canned cat food, Blue Buffalo, and as expected, their claims if being lower priced than competitors, or offering better service, is all false. Also they advertised two different size cans on the same site for the sale price. When brought to their attention, they refused to honor their mistake, honoring the sites advertised larger can for the smaller can price !! This company is clearly not interested in their customers. Beware as an educated consumer !

God I hate giving a bad review during covid but sadly this one is deserved. I’m too exhausted to go over the entire experience but suffice to say despite 10+ emails and my vet reaching out to Chewy to no avail I give up. It’s pain meds and I’m anxious to make sure my dog will have them when auto-ship comes due. My vet has reached out. I’ve reached out. I get the give Abby hugs from Chewy. Please, all I wanted was service and I have not gotten that. Go elsewhere because Chewy cannot be counted on despite multiple agents “reaching out.”

never buy pet medications from them. their pharmacy will torture you for days and then still not release your order . their customer support is awful.

Chewy doesn't offer the option to upload a script from my vet. Like many vets, my vet does not have time to verify prescriptions for online providers. Instead, they give me a paper script to take home. Not knowing any of this, I ordered from Chewy and waited for the meds. After a week I checked the account that displayed a status of "pending shipping", which to any reasonable person meant that it was approved and is pending shipping. After 5 more days of waiting for the delivery, I called. They informed me I was supposed to mail the scripts. If that was the case, the message displayed 10 days ago should have said, "waiting to receive script from customer". The whole process is ridiculous, but it was made worse by the confusing message you chose to display on the account.
