Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

By far the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Super nice and excellent customer service reps as well as lightening fast shipping. Lowest prices, accurate descriptions and correct orders received every time. Chewy is the best retailer by far than all others and I am a loyal long time Chewy customer. The go above and beyond which is impossible to find these days with any retailers!

As far as Chewy.com goes, I've only had GREAT experiences. The autoship is always on time, the feed is always fresh, the prices are good, and the customer service is fantastic. The feed I get is always within a few weeks of the manufactured date stamp. The one time I had an issue (incorrect feed shipped), they had the correct feed to me within two days, and it was a very easy phone call to customer service.

Thank you Steven from Hollywood, Florida. After talking to Steven last Sunday re: canceling a medication order for our Old Horse that passed away.. Steven expressed how sorry he was for us and 24/7 someone would be available if we needed someone to talk to for support. A couple days later we received a bouquet of beautiful yellow roses with a really nice message attached. Wow!! Not expected, and greatly appreciated. Thank you Chewy, and Steven for helping us get thru this painful time.

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about “Chewy” the pet food company. I called them, to return an order of dog food that hasn’t been opened, since our dog has passed away. They said that they would refund my money and to donate the food. Then, I received these flowers from them. I’ve never seen a company who cares this much about their customers. I will forever be a customer of Chewy.

My experience with Chewy has been nothing but a positive one. They helped me with getting an order returned for our cairn terrier that passed away recently and then, refunded the money. Today, I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers in her memory. This company far exceeds any other in the marketplace in my opinion. They have sent more than one email from different people within the organization offering condolences on my dog's passing. To me, this is customer service and in today's world - it's a positive experience. Thank you to everyone in Chewy for going above and beyond for your customers and their pets!

I was extremely touched to open a surprise box from Chewy. They sent a dozen beautiful roses after I called them to close my mom's account after she passed. Notifying banks and most other companies about Mom's passing was heartless and frustrating. However, this gesture lets you know there are still good people in the world, and you are not alone. In addition to reliable and superior service for years, they did this for me. Thank you.

After my cat passed away last week, I had a lot of unopened food that is auto shipped that I wished to return. After they realized why I wanted to return it, I was told to donate it instead and they would credit my account. I couldn't believe it. I learned that the Providence Animal Rescue League is having a donation event next Sunday and I plan on bringing all the unopened food to the event. I am so amazed that this company was so thoughtful regarding my situation. Not only did they accommodate my needs but they are helping animals in need. They also sent me a bouquet of flowers to show their condolences. I will definitely be choosing this company for the next cat/dog that I rescue.

I have been a long time customer with Chewy. My beloved dog died recently and I had to cancel an auto ship order that was in transit. Not only did Chewy refund my order but sent me flowers! Those flowers meant so much to me ! I can’t tell you how that act of kindness affected me !! Thank you so very much!
