1st, notice how they do not address complaints here? They are too big to care. They are making too much money to care about you. Their pharmacy is awful. They have repeatedly claimed that they have not received prescriptions from my veterinarian but when I call my veterinarian they have actual fax receipts of prescription they've sent to chewy. I will be switching to VetRxDirect. Also, their autoship is difficult to cancel. I had two autoships for food sent to me after I canceled on 2 separate occasions weeks before they were supposed to be shipped and they sent them anyway. Just awful with questionable business practices.

I am a first time customer and very disappointed. I ordered four cases of Friskies canned cat food which was to be delivered Thursday, April 8. It has not arrived. The link sent in em to track shipment didn't work. I finally went to site where I found the shipment wouldn't arrive until today, April 12. I did not receive a notice the shipment was delayed until Saturday, April 10. Highly unlikely I will use Chewy in the future and I certainly won't recommend. April 26- I wanted to let folks know, Chewy contacted me. They refunded the entire amount of my shipment!! Evidently customer service does matter! I will probably give them another chance.

In the past I've always had positive experiences with Chewy's. This week however I have decided to no longer do business with Chewy's. After making every attempt to cancel my autoship order, that was going to an incorrect address, I was accused today by an employee of trying to steal from the company. This is outrageous and extremely offensive. When I make every attempt to do the right thing and incompetent employees make a blunder that costs the company money, I expect an apology not an accusation of stealing. I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled. Unfortunately, given how I was treated I will no longer be doing business with Chewy's and will encourage the people I care about to also go elsewhere for products.

This business robbed me of $50. Ever since the pandemic hit, you can’t get people to do anything for you. Screw you chewy

So I ordered my dog's prescription medication online with them 4/4/21. I received no information from them during the week, so I assumed everything was good. I then contacted them on 4/9/21 to see why I haven't received it. They said they hadn't gotten approval from my vet. Called my vet, they didn't get a request. Chewy say they fax the requests in, but in reality, the use an online portal system. I asked if they re-sent it when the didn't get a response, and they said no. I then had to request them to do it manually while I had them on the line. After hours of this they finally sent it (for the 1st time, they lied about it). My vet approved it as soon as they got it. Now they say they will ship it within 24-48 hours, then it takes 3-5 days to get to me, so another week minimum. Meanwhile my dog is out, so I have to go in person to get it locally and pay double. Chewy offers nothing for their mistakes, and we pay the price, not even expedited shipping when they make an error like this. Needless to say I will never use them again.

I ordered a dog bed on March 31st to be delivered by FEDEX. First they said it would be delivered on April 4th. Then they said it would be delivered April 8. Now delivery is supposedly April 11th. Who knows when I'll get my dog bed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not order from this company again.

The worst customer service in the world. It's like they have children trying to confuse everything you say

As long as you order straight forward pet food, their service is timely. However I recently had terrible experiences ordering the veterinary cat food which required the prescription. It started the system didn’t allow me to upload the prescription as I was requested. The system glitch was never corrected. When I emailed the prescription multiple times, there were so many customer services involved and told me all different stories. At the end, I was denied the service without any explanations. The experience was bitter and frustrating, and total waste of time. It was a disaster.
