My Norwegian Elkhound experienced a massive attack last week, and died a week ago today, within 2 1/2 hours. My brand was Canidae. Why would high end dog food have killer fillers? Chewy was not at fault, but they should reconsider selling foods with ingredients known to kill dogs. They did not charge me on the last order. Buyer beware.

they have good products, but delivery is sub par.....dont know how many times they have been asked to place box on front porch, but delivery continues to either put in trash box at end of driveway, or this last time stick it in the edge of the woods. My driveway isnt very long. Several deliveries are covered in ants by the time we get out to pick it up.

I've used Chewy for quite a few years now, and unfortunately, it's going downhill. They don't use any protective packaging in the boxes. I have had a few occurrences of receiving canned food where the lids had been opened. One box even had maggots everywhere in the box. They don't care how heavy the package is either. They put in a 28# box of kitty litter with other items. Again, just a mess in the box. Also, they don't list in the description if the items were made in China. I won't buy anything made in China.

Chewy is pretty good. But the pharmacy is not. I ordered medicine for my cat And they kept messing up the order. And cancelling it out. Than it got lost in the. Mail once it was finally sent, my cat had to wait 5 weeks for her medicine. I understand the pharmacy is a third party. The medicine is a 1/3 of the price of the vet which is why I bought it but after that mess I’ll have to get it from the vet.

Been using Chewy for many years and for the most part very happy with them. Sometimes I've noticed that they don't pack things great and some of the items arrive dented. This week I received a reminder on Wednesday that my autoship was almost ready to go out and would be shipped on Sunday. The last day to make changes was Friday. I had tried a bunch of new foods for my cats and they disliked almost all of it, so I needed to make significant changes to the order. Friday afternoon I go onlike to make the changes when I received a notice that it had already shipped. Say whaaatt?? Almost this entire order isn't wanted and I was supposed to have through Friday to make changes. So I immediately called them up and, wonderfully, someone actually answered the phone and I wasn't put into the dreaded auto phone tree. The person I spoke to was very nice and now we're in the middle of getting it sorted out. So I'm mostly happy with them and remain a customer, but as I write this I'm using the chat feature (had to contact them for a second time to continue having this taken care of) and the service agent is soooooo sloooow. Note to the wise; call them. The online chat takes forever.

Be honest, your website is little bit old style. Its speed isn't fast enough. I like the service Chewy provides but I hope the website can be more attractive and modern.

Don't get me wrong, I love chewy. Even when something is missing they have sent it right out. But Fed Ex is awful and I mean awful.....the boxes are dented, big holes in the side of boxes. Dented cans busted packages where the holes in the boxes have big holes. They have constantly left it downstairs for us to go up and down several times to bring it up. We thought we had that fixed but came home to it left out by the garages. What's wrong with my door,???? Now it has been on the truck for delivery and for some reason at 6:00p.m. the driver went back to Fed Ex and no delivery. Of course they say they deliver up until 9 p.m. Now the next day it says delayed still. Chewy sent an apology and says it should be here the next day but when I track it, it still has delayed with no delivery date. I have been a customer for years. We have 14 dogs (12 rescues) 5 cats and a parrot. We spend around $600 a month and customer service is great but their delivery service(Fed Ex) is horrible......

They need to do better with their packaging at the time of delivery. I order some wet and dry food, the description was good but the package was wet when I got home. The mail man left it at front door and the rain came. Please advise mail man to live 📦 in a plastic bag because Georgia weather is unpredictable it could be 85 degrees and still raining
