Chewy was providing the chemotherapy drugs for our shihtzu Tali. Tali recently passed from another cause and we had just received a new order of chemotherapy which is quite expensive. My wife called to see if we could return the unopened package since we no longer needed them. My wife was still very much struggling with grief and the person from chewy was so compassionate. Chewy refunded the order and asked us to take the medicine to a vet. The next day we received a nice bouquet of flowers with a hand written note of comfort. It was clear that we would no longer be a customer since we no longer had a pet. Who does this these days? We were so moved by their thoughtfulness. A++++ company

I literally wish I could buy everything I ever need from Chewy. They have hands-down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Whenever there has been an issue, they resolve it no questions ask. They are extremely easy to get a hold of 24/7 and they have always resolved the issue. The only pet supplier I will order from. With that says, whoever is shipping the packages, doesn't do a good job. Things break, boxes damaged, etc. But the company always makes it right.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company's customer service. Most recently, one of my fur babies passed away. Chewy refunded a $100 order that I forgot to cancel... And asked me to donate the food to a shelter rather than have to return. The customer service rep took the time to really talk to me and offers some truly comforting words. Then they actually sent me a floral bouquet expressing their sympathies. Talk about above and beyond.

I have been using Chewy for products that deal with my mastiff who has allergies, skin and ear issues for a couple of years. They are a remarkable company who will not only back up their products but will do everything possible to make sure you and your pet are happy with the product. They still amaze me
