Chewy sucks Orders come banged up, multiple boxes get separated and delivered days apart and customer service feeds you a line of crap. The weight was the issue, it might be on different carriers, the delay is because weather, etc. If an order is was assembled on Friday, shipped on the same time and using the same carrier, box #1 comes on Monday but box #2 comes Thursday something isn't right. Especially when box #2 is the lighter, smaller box. It came in damaged and the canned dog food dented all to hell.

I have used Chewy for years but I will not support a company that engages in politics and drops my pillow. Focus on pets not politics and support your American customers!

1-800-PET-MEDS is all I have to say. Chewy Pharmacy is a joke!

If you need a recurring prescription for your pet, DON'T order it from Chewy. Since I started using Chewy in September only one time did Chewy's system get it "right". Most recently I received the reminder email that a comment was going to be processed and if I wished to change it I had a few days to do so. I went into the Chewy system and requested that the refill be delayed from 4/14 until May 1. Instead, the following day, I received an email saying that it had been shipped, on April 11! I called and was told that my order would be pulled and delayed. On the 14th the package was delivered and I'd not been informed that it was too late to pull it back (or the person to whom I spoke did nothing) . The customer service people are nice; the system is terrible. I'll work with 1800PetMeds from now on.

I ordered from Chewy today, for the first time and received an email saying they had taken my credit card information and stored it on their site WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. While I imagine that the products are the same or similar as other pet supply retailers, the fact that they decided to keep my financial details without permission is alarming.

They were doing great. But in the past year they have 1: showed an inability to quit sending me ads in the name of my dog who died of cancer and 2: they have jumped on the "woke" wagon, throwing sanity aside without care for who they exclude or hurt. What kind of business can be so childish and ignorant and be counted on....
