I just had a wonderfully human, caring interaction with Chewy.com. I got a notice saying my order had been delivered, but I did not see it where it is normally left. I replied to the notice, not at all expecting a response. But instead, I got patient, personal help, a second followup communication including ownership of the issue by the company, appropriate fix of the problem, and some unneeded but absolutely appreciated kindness towards myself and my pets. It felt like genuine, caring assistance from a live human - - I want to lift up Chewy.com in these times of automated everything: it feels rare and wonderful to do business with a company that takes the time to care about it's customers. Thank you Chewy.com. I highly recommend this company! (And I'm usually very cynical about online companies...)

I’ve been using chewy for years, ever since I’ve had my own dog. They are amazing, fast shipping, good deals (better than deals on amazon or Petsmart or petco) not only that they sent me a Christmas gift that I did not buy! They sent me a painting of my Peanut ! It was hand painted coming from an artist, & beautifully done. I wish I could post a picture with the painting bc I was blown away. I’ve been having a really really hard time and this brightened my day ! & peanuts!

Had 3 days food left. Contacted Chewy they delivered food in 2 days after call!! Outstanding service!!

I have been ordering from Chewy for quite some time now, and they have always been so helpful. As of December 7th, my kitty whom I had for 13 years passed away and I called to see if I could return the recently received food and cancel my autoship. I had the pleasure of speaking with Krystal; she was extremely kind and asked me to donate the food, and a day later, I received the prettiest flowers and a heartfelt message from Krystal. Thank you Chewy family, you all have been so helpful.

Aside from Wal Mart, Chewy is my go to place for everything for our two beautiful cats. They are far more caring and compassionate than many friends and relatives. When I suddenly lost my beautiful wife of 40 years, her cat, Buddy, did not come out of the bedroom for nearly three months. When Chewy found out about my wife, not only did they refund some purchases, but to my surprise and delight, they had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my home. I still become emotional when I think or write about it. Their pharmacy does an exceptional job in delivering medication in an expedited manner. If you buy pet food and supplies from anyone else, you’re selling yourself short.

Have had the pleasure of ordering for my kitty for years. Once I goofed and ordered twice in one day. They said to keep or donate. Another time they waived shipping. Always very friendly and fast delivery. My kitty died yesterday. Called to cancel auto ship. It was such a sad day. It was in transit and they stopped it. Today I got the most beautiful flower arrangement with roses from Diane. I will miss their compassion and excellence CS.

I am so impressed with Chewy. When we lost our dog, Duke, I neglected to cancel his automatic food order from them. As soon as I received an email that a bag of food had been shipped, I called to cancel. They told me they would refund my payment and try to retrieve the order but if I received it, they just asked that we donate it to a shelter. (which we did) Today, we received these beautiful flowers from Chewy with a personalized note about Duke’s passing. When we get our next dog we will certainly get all of our supplies from Chewy!

Chewy is the epitome of exemplary customer service. I’ve only ordered from them once a year to stock up on my senior dog’s medication. I called them to cancel an order because my dog passed away and they were so courteous and kind. Fast forward a few days later I get a condolences flowers. I was in tears from their kindness. Definitely found a lifelong customer when I get my next dog. Thanks Chewy.
