Chewys is by far the best pet supply place...they always have stock. Food is always fresh and delivery is fast n most times free. Love when they have sales.

I have ordered products for our Macy Jo for several years. I canceled my auto-ship as Macy had just passed away. They not only credited my last order but told me to donate it to any local pet charity/animal rescue! If that wasn’t kind enough, they had a beautiful arrangement of flowers delivered to my door with a sincere note for our loss of our fur baby. You can’t find a better company than this! I will definitely order again if and when I get another little fur baby to love!❤️

I am SHOCKED that anyone says Chewy has bad customer service. Customer service was AMAZING for me. Recently I had a dog get extremely sick, so we ordered some things through Chewy, hoping it would help. We also regularly ordered dog food from them. I got two bags at a time, one for my older dog and one for my younger dog. Well, not only did we have to put our older dog down because he had incurable cancer, but our vet also told us to stop using grain-free food. So all the sudden I had 60lbs of dog food and stuff I bought for my poor boy before he passed. I called Chewy customer service and immediately had a human answer the phone. No automated system or anything. I explained to them the whole situation and within a minute, they had refunded BOTH bags of dog food and what we had bought for my poor boy for when he was sick. They told me to just donate the stuff I had, I didn’t have to return it. I am 8.5 months pregnant. Not having to return 60lbs of dog food and being able to get $150 worth of refunds was EXTREMELY useful right now. And then, a week later, I received roses and a vase in the mail and a condolences card from Chewy for Raja passing. I don’t even remember saying what dog passed, and they got it right. It has been an extremely challenging winter already, so to have a company with so much compassion is SO AWESOME, especially when you LOVE your pets and want the absolute best for them, but also come upon hard times.

Incredible people and Customer Service!

We call into Chewy a lot for our shepherd, buying all kinds of very expensive foods and medince, he’s not a completely well guy. There is never a time when someone asked me if they have a coupon if they can apply it to my order. Amazing. This last time I was sick with the flu when I called and today I just received a gift with a card from chewy, who does that? I am in the customer service business as well, and even I can take a lesson from this company. This made my day, thank you Chewy!!!!

They have always displayed excellent customer service, but been nothing but kind in helping me deal with my account for my baby who passed away. And today, I recieved a dozen roses and a note of condolence. How many large companies display that kind of compassion nowadays. The world would be a better place with more Chewys in it.
