When you buy online ALL of your money leaves your community....Instead of Chewy or Amazon try buying local. When the tax paying brick and mortar businesses are gone in your community no one will be able to afford a home due to extremely high real estate taxes that will be needed to pay for the local infrastructure.....eventually we will all live in govt housing....think about it.

Do not use!!! 10% of reviews on here are negative, this should tell you something- you have a 1 in 10 chance of getting screwed by this company. I bought Terramyacin for my horses’ gunky eye, received notification it was shipped- wrong! Not shipped. In the time I have waited for the package, which now looks like it will not arrive at all, eye is swollen huge, vet called, got medication elsewhere. Customer service- zero concern. Never will buy from Chewy again. They are getting annihilated by competitors- and there is a reason why!

I have always been a fan of chewy until just recently. I did a product review of a medication that caused irreversible damage to my cat in hopes that others would be aware of a potential side effect. Chewy has yet to post my review. When questioned why they told me that they have a third party screen their reviews. My concerns were supposedly forwarded to supervisors yet the review was still not posted a month later. What good are product reviews if chewy screens out all the bad ones? I've lost all respect for chewy.com

I have autoships with Chewy and spend a lot of money every month with them between my dog food and treats, I have only had a couple of not so good experiences but today I called them because one of my orders that was placed 3 days prior had not arrived. I was told that one of the items was out of stock and did I want the rest of the items shipped or wait until the out of stock item was back in stock..Meanwhile one of my dogs is now out of his prescription food ! Of course I told them to ship it immediately and was told to call back tomorrow for the rest of the items and was told to tell them to waive the shipping fee (for something that was there fault) !!!!

Since they are all working from home. They are sloppy, don't seem to give a hoot and not trained. I cancelled auto ship as it takes 2-3 phone calls EVERY ORDER to get my order right. Now cancelled it a month ago. Called in back then to get order turned around( I didn't order, they didn't do their job again and shipped it 4-9-21) I get an email yesterday saying order was my door. Apparently my order from a month ago was being delivered back to the warehouse. The email said I was charged 164.45 on 5-5-21 and order delivered. To my horror when I called back in. They still have not released my funds from a month ago!!!! What the ____..really...I'm dealing with THE SUPERVISORS- APPARENTLY THE ONE I TALKED TO TODAY WAS THE SAME ONE I TALKED TO LAST MONTH, THE SAME ONE WHO DID NOT RELEASE MY MONEY LAST MONTH. This is why I quit using them because if you send in a return you have to call in to tell them to release your money once they receive it. And then they have the packages because I called in and said they're all delivered back and they still don't release my money. I don't have time to call in 2 to 3 times every time I order a couple bags of dog food FOR REAL!!! IF YOU CAN'T TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE DON'T GIVE THEM JOBS I guess I'll finally have to make the time to go through all my overdrafts that they charge me since last year and get credit back for them since they're very ignorant at processing your requests

I have ordered from Chewy for over a year. Last week, once again, as always, Fed- Ex drops on my Apt porch, never ringing the door bell. I'm home.... I've had surgery. I dragged it into the building to my Apartment. I opened the shipment and it was full of Roaches. I closed the box, kicked it to the back porch and asked a neighbor to put it in the trash. I didn't get it out fast enough. I woke up to roaches. I notified Chewy and was told they'd send another order. I don't want another order. I paid for a reputable company to come and remove them. I wanted someone I knew and trusted. I cannot let just anyone in. I've had 4 ear surgeries in a year and my immune system is a high risk now. I'm surprised by all of this. All I got was we are sending another shipment. Thanks, for all your concern. Renae

I received a 3 box order. They put 2 containers of cat treats in with a 40 lb box of litter. One didn’t make it. A small box with 2 little things of cat nip in it, which they could of put the treats in with. And still have room. And on top of that an open bag of cat food. That was resealed with the ziplock. Will never ever order from this place again. Will be posting the pictures of this on social media.
