If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My dog has severe anxiety. I ordered clomicalm from Chewy.com on 05/14/21. They never told me that they were not filling the order. I kept calling and they told me that me that my vet had not completed the prescription (which was not true). On 05/24/21, after speaking to them, they finally tell me that the order was canceled b/c I ordered 20 mg and the prescription was for 80 mg. I explain to them the nature of my dog's condition and they assure me that I will receive the medication within 1-3 days. I did not. Now, they tell me that it actually takes 1-5 days (depending upon how far you live from their pharmacy). Save yourself the trouble and just order from Allivet - a company with better communication and that seem like they actually care about animals!

Have used Chewy.com for several years UNTIL they became Political Censors! Corporately they cancelled their contract with MyPillow Mike Lindell for his Conservative position & support of Pres Trump. When I queried Chewy Customer Service about this THEY LIED & SAID "They don't sell pillows." I dug a little further & found Chewy sold 'MyPillow' Dog Beds which were cancelled to punish MyPillow Mike Lindell! That was it for me, I'll spend my money locally for Pet Supplies!!!

cancelled my account of four years because they overcharged me $200 and customer service decided the appropriate response was to refund me $30.

Ordered my 60 dollars worth of product as I have for the past three years. WOnt be delivered for over a week. lost all faith and trust in Chewy. never again

Absolute garbage. We received 11 of 30 cans of our cat food absolutely dented and some were popped open due to damage. Instead of refunding or replacing (I just wanted it replaced), I was given a $10 credit, which isn’t even enough to re-order the amount of cans that was damaged- not to mention I was still to be held responsible for shipping and handling. I took it to customer chat where I was told that Ashley S. “Did some digging” and saw that “I was supposed to get only $6.15 but the agent gave me $10, would I like to recount the cans?” Wow, ok. There was no wavering on their end as to how they were going to help me, which was just a joke. I ordered well over $200 from them on this order and had that same order on auto-ship. I immediately removed auto-ship and I then had to spend my afternoon break on their customer service line. Jason, the on duty supervisor listened to my story and at that point said he could replace the box of cat food or finish out the refund. I took the rest of my money and told them I’d never do business with them again. It shouldn’t have gotten so far as to me needing to call a supervisor. I’ve never once had an issue with Petco. They have always been immediate to respond and or replace goods when they have been damaged with no question. I’ll gladly pay the extra ten bucks monthly to get my cats their food from there from now on. Garbage policy. Garbage service. Won’t be back.

I've used Chewy for a long time but I will NOT be using their pharmacy any longer. The only issues I've ever had with Chewy is their bad business practices with their pharmacy with never a resolution for the customer. This is bad business from Chewy and should not be tolerated. They will be losing a great deal of money now as I won't be back. Hope the bad business practices were worth it.

Ordered food on the 12th expecting it the 14th per order delivery Now its the 22nd and still no delivery This is pet food and I had to go purchase some because it didn't get here in a timely fashion

I saw they had a sale and bought some products that were a waste of time. On the way, I gave them some personal info. Not shopping here anymore. And after learning about how hackers can use the lesser security of systems of retailers, I saw that I have an account with them. Perfectly logical to tell a business, I'm not interested, delete my account, right? Not this one. I talked to a supervisor, Karen, and first she said can't delete it, we never delete accounts. But it IS inactive. Then she said it's deleted cuz it's inactive. I just wanted to think I am protecting my privacy. Not with this company.
