Extremely disappointed with Chewy service on medication. I ordered meds on May 28. Vet approved on the same day. Yet, no shipping until JUNE 7. And I had to follow up multiple times to make it happen. My cat lapsed the cycle of antibiotics administration because of that and likely developed resistance. I am still waiting for the meds, cat is leaking blood and screaming of pain. HOW COULD THIS BE SO MESSED UP? Especially on medication part.

Terrible customer service. I was trying to get an issue resolved with them for a whole month. Each time I contacted them they had no clue what I was talking about. It everytime I talked to them they said they would look into it and get back to me. But they still would have no clue what I was talking about the next time I contacted them. Not very good customer service to lie to people

Poor Customer Service ! Lately their delivery takes forever, they charge you for delivery and promise a 1-3 business day, however, never on time !! after several follow ups for 7-8 days on my recent order I had to cancel and deactivate my account. They didn't seem to care ! And that's how you know that they don't value their customers ...

I'm on autoship for Rachel Ray dog food. Last order not only that came incomplete, came so late, out of one of the boxes was missing cans, instead of 9 were just 6 inside. You guys waited days to realize that is not in stock, after that send an email that the order will be incomplete, and even the food that came was incomplete, and I was charged (instead of 9 cans that I was charged in the package were 6). And that with 2 warehouses in the area, one in gardner one in belton. I WAS A CHEWY CUSTOMER. Wait for my review. And actually the same food is same price or cheaper at Walmart. Shame on you

I won't be ordering from this company any more. I put in an order for Breathslayer and I thought I was getting the bigger bottle because that's what it showed. It was actually the small one. I tried to cancel but they said it was too late. I wasted $50.00 which I can't afford right now

Support is useless. Good luck getting your questions answered. It’s like they can’t read or only read keywords and send a canned response based on that.

My order didn't arrive when they said it would i never received an email letting me know my order was damaged and returned to wherever it comes from. so ok Reship items. Again something goes wrong and my order doesn't arrive when they say. No communication from chewy once again. I call them and now it's a holiday weekend and I can't get my stuff until after the holiday. Cancel I'm done. I'll choose local from now on.

I was billed before product was mailed ... the product was out of stock ... Chewy canceled order ... trying to get a credit charged back to my credit card still hasn't happened after 8 days ... I give up on Chewy and will call my credit card back and put the charge in dispute.... ...
