They charged my account without authorization 3 days early. When I called in I told them I had to borrow money so my rent would not bounce. I get paid the day I had set up for that order. They put it though without warning or authorization. When I called I told them not to cancel but this would be my last order. The supervisor Lee cancelled it anyway despite being asked not to several times. Never again will I shop with this joke of a company. Zero customer service and even less empathy. Do yourself a favor and find a family owned business.

I started an autoship for 28 lbs of tastes of the wild dog food in February 2021 and my balance was $37 something, my next order was probably 4 weeks later and they uped the price by almost $15 and price has remained the same since. Convenient to have shipped to the door but I would rather drive the distance to the store and get it cheaper.

They stopped selling M. Lindell's product -- they don't support freedom, so I cancelled all auto ship and closed my account.

I love the idea, but there delivery driver did property damage and fex ex is horrible. I have now left Chewy twice because of there delivery is bad. First time left it half way down my driveway in the rain, not at door. Second and last time they dropped the boxes so hard they broke my top step and popped 3 board screws out when they bowed from impact. 2 boxes rolled down the stairs and one took out my railing and the other went to the bottom of my stair busted open and smashed my flower pots. I will never use chewy again until they get a better delivery company. Usually my boxes are just crushed

Up until this past weekend I thought this was an honest company. I placed my order on 6/24 which I authorized 129.05 which was pending on my card. Then I checked my bank account on the 26th, and chewy put another pending charge of 128.93. When I called both charges were in their system charging me 257.98 for a purchase of 129.05. Now they don't think you should be mad because they blame it on your bank as being at fault. And it will reverse in 24 to 48 hours. Checking with my bank there is no electronic transaction to stop either charge. And I can dispute it but that could be another 24 to 48 hours. So if your smart don't leave your payment info, as they will charge without your permission. Oh and the reason they charged the second one, was to save me 12 cents. Nope it cost my account a hold of 257.98.

I placed an order for an item that required approval from my bet on a Tuesday. On Friday Chewy contacted me and said they had tried to contact my vet that day, but they were closed. They were not closed because I was there and they had not been contacted by Chewy at that point. I immediately responded to Chewy and reiterated the contact information for my vet and suggested they would be open on Saturday morning. On Sunday I received an email from Chewy indicating they would cancel the order if they did not make contact with my vet within one business day. On Monday I called my vet and got the fax number which I immediately sent to Chewy. My vet did not hear from them all day. On Monday afternoon, I received an email that Chewy had cancelled my order. I called their customer service and the woman was extremely rude. There is no other way to put it. I will not order from them again.

Chewy is nice for not having to go out and get pet supplies but everyone we got something they would leave it all the way out by our car and we could not being it in very easy with me being very pregnant at the time and my mother-in-law being 70 years old. I've seen the people picking up the stuff from UPS and just throw it into back of the truck. We even called and told them what happened but it just kept happening so we stopped getting stuff from there.

Very poor service they’ve lost my script for my dog twice then Call Samie to office visits with my veterinarian sent it in again and they tell me they can’t fill it because the Scripps too old I would not recommend chewy to nobody
