Customer Service is unbelievably good. My issue is that they lower you in with the low prices and then before you know it I am paying the same amount for the same dog food as I would in Petsmart or Petco. The first few months are nice and that's about it. No coupons no nothing. I can run to my local Pet Store for the same price. Its sad!!! My Herd use to get excited when they would see the boxes come.

I ordered my chihuhua's food and some treats from Chewy on 12/26. They arrived today, which I thought was pretty fast for having ordered the day after Christmas. The treats were in great condition and my dog loved them. However, I ordered Orijen food for her which is always vacuum sealed for freshness. This bag was not vacuumed sealed and there were two puncture marks in the bag. I wrote to Chewy expressing my concern for the condition of the bag and that I was nervous to feed the food to my dog who has a weak immune system and a lot of health issues. I asked if I could return the food. They replied within an hour apologizing for the condition of the packaging and letting me know they would be refunding me for the cost of the food. They told me to throw away the bag as they would not be able to sell it to anyone else. I am very happy with the way it was handled and how quickly it was handled. I only knocked them down one star because I now have to track down the food at a store as she is running low and I don't have time to wait for another package to arrive. After this experience, I would be willing to try them again based on how they handled the situation.

My previous review must be upgraded, as Chewy did come through and send me what i actually ordered.I was sent something earlier that my dogs could not use, therefore, felt I wasted my money. This morning, I found a case of Vegetarian canned food in the garage. THANKS. I appreciate the correction, Chewy.

I have a big dog and he needs a lot of food, most stores are expensive for the big packages of dog food. I was happy to see cheap prices for a great amount of food and my dog loved it

They have the BEST customer service of almost any company I know. AND they beat all the other online pet supply stores at pricing AND inventory! I've tried all the other ones like petfooddirect and wag.com (theyre all terrible in comparison). The only complaints I've had were some cat litter spilling in the shipment box and a wrong food shipment. Also, in the beginning, they were shipping at 1-2 weeks delivery dates which was way too slow when you're out of cat/dog food etc, but they've changed theyre shipping speed since then which is great :) I'd recommend them to anybody.

Chewy.com is a well priced online store for all of your pet's needs. I found this company because BarkBox gave a $10 gift card in the November 2012 box. I will be perusing this site again since it had such competitive prices.
