Chewys customer service is second to none. I bought 2 different size gates for out deck so our new rescue could be outside more. They did not work for us. I packaged them back up knowing what a hassle it would be to send them back. One was very large and multiple pieces. I messaged Chewys in the app and said I need to return them. Much to my surprise, the response was I would get a complete refund in 3 days and to please donate the gates to a rescue. Amazing. I am a customer for life. Best customer service anywhere.

I really like Chewy. Last August, our 16-year-old beagle died. My wife called them up to cancel some recurring orders, which they were happy to do. A week or two passed, and a bouquet of white roses arrived from Chewy. It made my wife extremely happy after losing our dog. I suspect they have a customer for life. I know it's just a marketing thing for them, but any company that goes out of its way to do something nice is a company that I'll stick with.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely kind and more than fair. On Feb.3 I called and canceled my auto ship because my pet passed away. They refunded my large expensive order, and told me I could donate the food. I was Extremely touched by this gesture. The following day I came home to find flowers at my door to express their sympathy. A company like this makes the world a better place

Such wonderful customer service ! Janice, the pharmacist employee was so kind when I called to get refund for medication my dog Rocky that I had to put to sleep. I even received a bouquet of flowers today and am very touched. I will continue to use their service for my orders for my cat and any other pets I may have.

Chewy has ALWAYS been great with me whenever I have called customer service. Today, I read this article about how Chewy donated to help a terrible animal neglect situation in Mississippi. (Look up humane society cats neglect Mississippi) Gooooo Chewy. One more reason to tell others how great you are.

I was out of Dry cat food and earlier this week I was trying to get from Petco.com Was more $$ on Amazon and I've sometimes been getting from Petco.com or PetcareRX.com, but petcarerx didn't have it. I tried to get from Petco.com on Jan 31st. Placed a Same Day Delivery order, and had to add 3 cans of Dog food to qualify for same day. The dog food was delivered and NOT the Cat food! So I called Petco.com. They said they didn't have it available. I was PISSED! Why take my $ and act like you have it, if you don't!? The guy BARELY spoke English. I finally said well can I get the 15.5 lb bag then? Same Day? He said I could. I asked for a discount for my trouble. He gave me $10 off and put through the order, which was ALSO supposed to be for same day. AGAIN- It DIDN'T arrive! I called back LIVID. ZERO explanation for how they could TAKE MY $ (AGAIN) and NOT HAVE the item and deliver it. I was so angry and Totally out of the dry food which I supplement for my cats. They mostly eat wet but one is a diabetic and the other isn't and the one who isn't doesn't eat the wet really. I emailed the Petco corporate office and got a really pat, pathetic response with ZERO intrest to make this right. So I filled a complaint with FTC for unfair, deceptive business and trade practices for Twice taking my money and not having the product available. They also haven't refunded me yet. I then went to CHEWY.COM who I've not often ordered from. They had EVERY item I needed, I placed the order, and they had a $30 Gift card offer off $100. I canceled my Petco.com auto ship repeat delivery, and ordered all items from chewey to get the $30 GC. Chewey delivered my items, REALLY WELL PACKED the NEXT DAY! I was impressed! In the past Petco.com has sent many can cat food orders so poorly packed cans were busted open! Several times and MOLDY. So I got my items from Chewey in ONE DAY and got a $30 CG and am autoshipping from Chewy now! PETCO.COM SUCKS. They truly do not care! I'm going with chewy now and pray they'll continue to be as great as this experience was.

We recently lost (put down) our dog. I had one full, unopened case of prescription dog food, in addition to other recently purchased food and pharmaceuticals. I called to see if I could get a refund for the case of food only. When I explained the situation, and the rep, Courtney, wanted to know the full story, because I was crying, not only did she refund me for the case but for everything I purchased in the last six weeks. I was able to donate the food. Yesterday, I received from her a vase with flowers. I have never in my life experienced such loving kindness and sympathy. For all the years I have dealt with Chewy, they have always put customer satisfaction ahead of profit. I highly recommend Chewy for ALL your pet needs. They are a first-rate business with caring representatives to serve. Thank you, Chewy and Courtney! Your kindness meant a lot to me as I grieved the loss of my dog.

Chewy.com customer service rep Samantha is a angel. We sadly lost our 14year old dog last week and while calling to cancel auto ship and return items that had just shown up She was great! Really helped in a difficult time. Then if that wasn't enough Chewy sent us a condolence today that was touching and considerate. This is how you build great customers!!!!!
