Chewy is a great company and has amazing service. They go above and beyond for pets and their owners. Not only are the prices great and free shipping is welcomed, but there are things they've done for me and my animals that I'll always be grateful for. A few months ago my cat passed away and I had to cancel an autoship order of cat litter, food, and toys. After emailing customer service and asking for a refund, they were extremely understanding and compassionate. Not only did I get a full refund, but they sent me a bouquet of flowers and a handwritten letter. I have multiple pet profiles on my account. My cat, dogs, and parrots. I have their birthdays on the profiles and whenever it's one of my animals birthdays chewy sends me a handwritten birthday card. They've been doing it for me for about 3 years and never missed a birthday. One of the days last month was national bird day and on that day I got two mysterious packages in the mail. I had no orders coming that day and the packages were too small for it to be anything I bought. Upon opening it, two acrylic paintings of my birds were inside. Hand painted. They were signed and dated and beautifully painted. Absolute talent this artist has! Chewy is an amazing company, one of the few large companies in the world that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond without even having to. If this isn't a reason to start ordering through chewy, I don't know what is! The food is always affordable and they always have deals. I get my pets prescriptions on there, food, toys, and everything in between. They are extremely informative and knowledgeable about animals and their care. I never regretted joining chewy and I will always be a customer! Thank you chewy for making my animals and I happy and healthy (and saving me money!)

This is a company that may be a little more expensive but I found they go above and beyond customer service. I moved and forgot to change my address for the auto orders I do. When I saw they deliver it to my old address ( another state) they send me, free of charge, another order! How many companies do that? Another time I ordered too many flea products. Rather than have me send it back to them, they refunded my money and told me to please donate what I didn’t need to a shelter, which I did They have my loyalty forever

I was getting dog food through Chewy on autoship. The shipments were always on time. I never had any issues. Our dog became ill and we needed to change foods. It was easy to stop the auto shipments. After about a month of trying everything we could, we had to have our dog euthanized. I wrote an email to Chewy explaining what happened and requesting to return the unopened bag of food I had received in the last shipment. To my surprise, they sent an email back offering their condolences and informing me they had issued a refund and there was no need for me to send the food back! If we had another pet I would definitely use Chewy again.

I’ve used chewy for the last 7 years for my 4 cats. There has never been a time I’ve run into trouble either with a delivery issue or dented can issue that they have not made it right. Immediately. I appreciate their customer service and support. 10/10 would recommend

I ordered meds through Chewy for my 11 year old Doberman - they were great about getting the prescription from my vet’s office, shipping was fast and price was reasonable. Sadly, we had to put her down a few months ago, after months of reminder emails that it was time to order her meds, I emailed their customer service department asking them to please stop the reminder emails because they make me sad. Not only did they send back a very sweet email and stopped the emails, they sent me flowers!! Amazing and unexpected customer service and I am a chewy customer for life!

I decided to try chewy after reading a lot of good experiences and was not disappointed! My order somehow arrived in 1 day with regular shipping (!?) and when my kitten didn't like the food they refunded me with no issues and told me to just donate it! I'll definitely be ordering most of my pets stuff from them in the future! And hopefully some shelter kittens will enjoy the food :)

I love Chewy! Every time I call, I get a live person who is so helpful. I just accidentally placed an order for 2 items instead of 1. Called them, phone was answered in 3 rings, and the gal that answered could not have been more helpful or personable. She corrected the issue in a matter of minutes. I've had great customer service every time I have called them.

Our pup, Tucker, passed away yesterday. We called to return and request a refund for specialized dog food that was just delivered. Your representative was just amazing, processed the refund and asked us to donate the food to a worthy shelter in Tucker’s name. He was caring, attentive and shared his own stories about putting down his pet. It’s been a difficult 24 hours, lots of tears between my husband and I but the kindness and charity displayed by your representative and the Chewy organizations was heartwarming. We are forever grateful and will be a Chewy customer for life. Thank you, your teams actions brought more tears but they were the good ones. We regret we didn’t remember his name but hopefully your team can figure it out. Subsequently to our initial post, we found out that our representative’s name at Chewy was David. Thanks you David for your thoughtfulness during a difficult time.
