Aside from Chewys prompt delivery of ordered items, the customer service is excellent. My elderly dog passed away soon after I had placed a bulk order of canned food. I inquired about how to return it & not only were their heartfelt condolences appreciated, but they kindly refunded me & suggested that I donate the unused food to a shelter. Thank you to the Chewy staff for making this difficult time a bit easier.

Chewy has the best customer service. I recently lost my dog after 12 years of being blessed with her as part of our family. Chewy sent me the most beautiful note with a dozen longstem roses in a vase when we told them why we had to cancel our subscription. It was the most kind, generous and thoughtful thing ever! It truly touched our hearts. I appreciate that a company showed such kindness and caring.

My cats new litter box came damaged. I called the customer service number and was immediately connected to a very kind and empathetic representative. I got to choose between a refund or a replacement. I got a refund and went on with my day. Excellent experience! I will definitely be shopping with Chewy again!

I have been doing business with Chewy for over five years. Chewy is an awesome company and the customer service is A Plus/5 Star. Christian, my service representative, was so kind on the phone. I had to discontinue our auto ship because our fur baby passed away. He was so compassionate and kind on the phone. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Christian and Chewy. It is never easy when our pets cross the rainbow bridge, but Christian's thoughtfulness made it less difficult.
