Every delivery was on time and exactly what I ordered. You can easily change delivery date or stop. Reps are courteous and helpful. At the time our Doberman went to the rainbow bridge I canceled the next order. Rep Eduardo was so comforting & shared my grief. The next day I received a beautful bouquet of flowers from Eduardo and the Chewy company. I cannot tell you how much this meant to our family. My next dog will be receiving its food from this company and their caring staff. Thank you Chewy!

Great service

My dog died on Wednesday, and we received a lovely bouquet of flowers today. Not a $2.00 Hallmark card... but a beautiful bouquet. They came before we even received a card from the vet. Clever marketing or not, this is a classy company. And they made the process of canceling recurrent prescriptions painless. We've used their pharmacy for quite some time, and have always had positive experience with their customer service. Will definitely remain steadfast customers, especially when the time comes to get a new pup.

This company is the best I ever try for my pets. Customer service is outstanding. I order all my cat's food from them, never an issue, absolutely the best company in US. Last week I ordered some pet's candles and one arrived damaged... they replaced it right away!. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love chewy for all my Pets needs. They have toys, snacks, accessories, beds, collars, medicine, chew toys, calming chews etc.

I'm amazed. I just opened the most amazingly kind gift from Chewy.com, animal product company. They sent me a painted picture of my dog. I cannot believe how real it looks and what a nice job they did. More importantly, I truly cannot believe they did this as a gift and surprise to me. They chose out of 5 animals my favorite animal, my miniature schnauzer, Kyla. I know mom's aren't supposed to have favorites but she is one of a kind, that dog I hope everyone has at least once in his/her life. Given she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure July 2022 and is being assertively treated (because of excellent care at West Vet in Boise Idaho, I cannot tell she is sick any longer), I know I will treasure this painted picture forever. Their portrayal of her is truly beautiful and it is one of my favorite pictures of her that was on my Chewy profile. A few months ago, they also sent me flowers and a card after I mentioned my bird died during an unrelated call. Unbelievably kind company who will continue to get my business forever as I will always have at least one animal.

Thank you Chewy for your excellent customer service. I recently lost our pet and when I called up to return some bulk item and medicine that I ordered, not only were their heartfelt condolences appreciated, but they kindly refunded me & suggested that I donate the unused food to a shelter. They also sent a rose bouquet in memory of our Daisy which really touched us. Thank you to the Chewy staff for making this difficult time a bit easier.

I contacted Chewy about my order, as our beloved pup had passed away, and I forgot to cancel my auto ship. They were quick to respond and refunded my money, only requesting that I donate the food that had been shipped. Today, I received a lovely bouquet of flowers and a hand written note sending condolences for our loss. My heart melted! They have been so wonderful and I recommend them to everyone.
