Not using chewy again. usually shipping is speedy which is great when specific cat food cant be found in stores. Though this is the second time my order was delayed and took a week to get here. I never recieved any update or email that it would be delayed. When reaching out to customer service they said "sorry to see you go, let us know if youd like us to deactivate your account" seriously?! Non existent customer service.

Shipping is absolutely horrendous. Fed ex apparently can’t handle your business. You need to allow stores to carry the brand you have a monopoly on so that way when your shippers can’t do what their job is, there is a back up option.

Before Chewy was bought out by Pet Fart they were a great company. Now they don't give a flying fig if orders are late. I'm taking all my pet food business to my local feed store. More expensive but supports local business.

Chewy is the most horrible online pet store and their customer service and professional services are definitely in need of improvement. After waiting a whole month for my dog's prescription dog food, I finally cancelled it and my account because as they stated , they do not care about my business and caused me to spend 4-6 hours of my time to help them sell me my dog's medication. THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE

LADIES BEWARE! April, I had a UPS driver come to my home - first time, verbally abusive - second time, literally threw freight at my home doing damage. Thankfully, the lady from Chewy was on the phone with me and worried about my safety she recorded the call. I was told by Chewy to get a police report to release the call. I DID! Since then, now August, nothing but the run around. They will NOT release the recording or help me in anyway. SO - CHEWY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR EVEN PROVIDING THE PROOF TO PROTECT YOU! I HAVE CANCELLED ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS!

Website is a joke, which leads me to believe poor structure within the company. If I have issues doing something as simple as ordering a product online, I can only imagine the issues I’ll have if I need customer service or beyond. My money went to their competition, and it will continue that way from here on out. Chewy is a joke

I had to at least put one star but wish I could have 0 I finally received my chewy box after customer service sent my order to my old work address 4 times. When I finally received my box with like I thought to be early stages of maggots or some sort of food bug When I spoke to customer service and management at chewy the order was replaced and refunded if I needed anything else Like the conversation was being read off of a script Even though I realize this company has hundreds of thousands of customers they have lost seven as of today I will never purchase from them again And I'm trying to locate an attachment to send pictures yet do not believe they have one
