Both my orders had problems first one arrived with the box full of catlitter all over everything including my house after I opened it last order took 7 days to come didn't even need it anymore had to buy stuff I ordered was refunded for the cheap food but the litter they did nothing for me not convient anymore should stop with fed ex if this is there shippers result canceled my account done with crappy service

I can't recommend Chewy.com anymore. The company doesn't care about it's customers, and over and over again lie about what they're doing and what they'll do. I know that shipment times can be delayed, but they're using FedEX and 1-3 days often ends up 7-14 days? I can't do it anymore. I even allowed extra days from when I NEEDED the items by, and chewy has disappointed yet again. They're saying it'll be another 4+ days for delivery. Ugh.

They get worse and worse every time I use them. I even got an offer for 10% off which they never applied. They are always late arriving 5+days after the order. Pathetic!

This place is a disgrace. I ordered prescription dog food my vet sent over the authorization 3 different times they still say never got it. I called they said it’s being shipped but still not shipped. My poor dog is ill and can’t eat and these people only care for money. I am done with this they should be reported and shut down

Chewy has went straight downhill. Their shipping is ridiculous, customer service is like talking to a spoiled high school brat and, lately, you can get the same exact stuff on Amazon cheaper and get it way sooner. We used to swear by Chewy, now we swear at Chewy and pity them. Whatever they’ve done in the last year or so is going to close them down and rightfully so. They did it to themselves. My recommendation…. Stay away from them and use Amazon.

I have an auto ship set up every 5-6 weeks for prescription food and litter. However every now and then chewy says they need a prescription from my vet and they delay the order. Every time my vet says they have already sent it in and that for some reason they unnecessarily delay this for so many customers. This happened to me again and I contacted customer service several times after my vet called it in AGAIN and customer service sent me some canned response about weather when that’s not the issue. 2 weeks go by, I have a tracking number for a created label that never shipped. I have to buy fancy feast at the gas station instead of his RX food to keep my cat from starving. Chewy is just too disorganized and unreliable and cannot appropriately respond to the problem no matter how much I contact them. I have to be done with this.

doing business with chewy its like sentencing your pet to death. unreliable service like most of them in US in this day and age. lack of response form corporate its like slap in the face. getting 4 screw ups on the same medication its no coinciddent its intentional. I cant even leave feedback on chewy .com and there is noone to fix that proble either.

I've bought pet food from Chewy for 10 years. At first, their sales agents were honest and polite and very service oriented .... no complaints. Then they merged with Pet Smart and their service went down hill. Now they are and independent corporate business and they've become dishonest, won't honor the prices and terms they quote on their web site and are the OPPOSITE of a service-oriented pet food retailer. Their employees are unable to accomodate the terms of a sale or the slightest deviation from their on-line prices. They've gone from a pleasant and reliable bulk supplier to the last place anyone would want to buy their pet food. Their business model has changed for the worse and the almighty dollar is their ONLY concern. No custormer service. No customer satisfaction. No price matching. No standing behind the quality of their pet food. ..... They've gone for a top-rated supplier to a scammer company. SAD!
