My pet passed and I called Chewy to cancel the pet delivery . Today(3/15/23) I am so surprised that I received a caring message with a pot of plant from Chewy. Chewy is not only take care my pet and also take care the pet owner. Thank you so much Chewy.

I have been ordering from Chewy for about two years and decided that they deserve a review from me based on several things they have done that have been outstanding. Before I even used them, my neighbor had her beloved dog pass away and when Chewy learned of this, they actually sent her flowers! Once when I accidentally had my rather large order of canned cat food sent to the wrong address, they told me to let the campground that we were staying at to keep it for their stray cats and they sent me my order free of charge! Every time I had to chat with them, they have been quickly responsive and helpful. They are exceptionally customer oriented. Today, my mother who lives with us opened an account with them for her cat and their system caught that she was using the same address as my account and even the same credit card number. We only use American Express for online purchases and she does not have one. After a quick phone call, they verified that this was all legit and he was very kind to my mother. They are just a wonderful company to work with and their customer service is amazing.

My dog, LoKi’s review, of Chewy. My mom ordered my regular food - Adult chicken and brown rice. Well there must have been a mix up at the plant because the food in the bag wasn’t the adult chicken with brown rice. I turned my nose at this “new food” and only ate when I was absolutely starving. My mom called Chewy and explained what happened, and Chewy put a new bag of food in the mail for me immediately. It came yesterday and I was so excited and happy to have my regular food back, when my mom fed me dinner last night I scarfed down every delicious morsel! Thank you Chewy for listening to my mom and getting me my regular food. I am one happy dog and so is my belly! They have everything you need and it’s affordable. Everything ships quickly. This may saying crazy but when you get multiple shipments you can check both. They have a drop down to allow you check other shipment without having to go back to the order. Rage made me happy.
