So, very disappointed in chewy. My dog is on a special diet and her food didn’t come like it should of. So I had to call the veterinarian to see what she could eat until her food got here. Chicken and rice. So upset, my girl is my baby and it’s up to me to take care of her, and up to chewy to do a better job. I’m done with them.

I ordered items for my puppy pack on the 8th, delivery for the 11th. My puppy ships out on the 12th so all should have been well. When I looked at my personal bank statement, I realized that chewy used my personal debit card, instead of my business account, whi was the form of payment selected. When I reached out to them, because they have a 💯 satisfaction guarantee, I was told there was nothing they could do unless they returned the shipment and then reshipped they product. So I didn’t cancel it. Then my shipment was delayed and not scheduled for delivery until the 13th which is a day after my puppy ships. If I had known this ahead of time, I could have avoided the whole headache and just used my local Petco, where I know I can purchase and pick up my supplies the same day. When I called again I was offered 10.00 off, on a 230.00 order and no expedited shipping. I will NEVER use chewy again, and I don’t recommend anyone do so if you want your order in a timely fashion. Amazon is much more reliable. And they have better customer service when they can’t fulfill their promises.

Told us they could supply my dogs meds. First shipment was good, next order said they were out (and cancelled our order) This is insulin for gods sake, our dog can't live without it. Can't trust Chewy with my dogs life.

This is the 4th time Chewy has screwed up a medical order ofr my dog. Even though I provide all information for contact & delivery access they are unable to complete the transaction. They are able to take my money immediately upon ordering. I will never order from Chewy again. If you are ordering something you really need for your dog's health I encourage you to go elsewhere as this company is irresponsible. This is my 3rd phone call on this order which is still MIA.

I have tried using them now for a few months for prescriptions and every month it is a hassle, they are constantly out of my pets heart medicine and very often the say they do not have the prescriptions on file which is really testing the relationship with the vets office. After the recent order that took over 2 weeks for them to "claim" it is shipping tomorrow, the rep seemed very proud that she was able to provide that limited tid bit, and zero empathy of the inconvenience that was caused. I am going to start driving 20 miles out of my way to the vets office every month to pick up his meds in person. Will not be using Chewy again.

We have used Chewy for our dogs for years and years and years but they are now losing another customer. We have repeatedly had lost/delayed shipments and now their 5 star customer service is no longer award winning. As soon as they ship something, the service now ends there. Shame on you Chewy. Get a new partnership outside of fedex and don’t ask a dog on a strict prescription food diet to wait 4 more days without food because you can’t guarantee your shipper will be on time anymore. Do something about your end result for your customers.

Placed my LAST order with Chewy on Sept. 2. Tracking indicated that it arrived at a local facility early Sept. 3 where it sat until Sept. 6 when it was noted "out for delivery" (on Labor Day????). Now on Sept. 7 is back at the local facility. Maybe I'll get it today, maybe not. I realize this is not Chewy's fault, but they need to realize that Customer Service does not end once the order leaves their facility. They need to work with their delivery service to make sure the customer is getting the right information.

We were Chewy customers for years and were always very satisfied with them. Whereas they do back the purchases and customers reps are courteous. other aspects of dealing with Chewy became horrible. We had many many deliveries of damaged products the past several months. So many telephone calls to Chewy did not resolve the issues. It finally came to a point that we could not longer accept the damaged products. Therefore, we have taken our business elsewhere. It seems that Chewy does not care about losing long time customers. Chewy is certainly not the only online site you can buy your pet supplies.
