My loved baby passed away this week and I had to email Chewy.com to advise them to stop her medications for me. Within hours I received the most compassionate-heartfelt condolence in reply that really touched me but that in itself wasn't all. Today when I returned home I had a package waiting at the door, it was a beautiful bouquet in remembrance of my beloved Khloe! 😭💔🌈🐾 I do not know if any other company so compassionate at a true time of need. Thank you dearly Chewy, you have shown there is still compassion in this world as well as companies that appreciate their customers and their babies!

Dr, Kelly N, She was my chat with a vet, I was so surprised with her sensitivity her detailed how well she could explain everything that had to do with my dog Nala, Nala had a very bad experience with the groomer a bit of burn marks and weird behavior and shivering I was so concerned and Dr Kelly was so assuring went from a to z with explanations and options I can't believe it was free I can't thank her enough just 10 out of 10!!!

I ordered a probiotic chew for my french bulldogs and they would not eat them. I called customer service and they refunded my order and even helped me select a different probiotic that had higher reviews. Great customer service. I always receive my orders quickly as promised. In the mail today I received a beautiful hand painted canvas of my french bulldog Daisy. What a thoughtful idea ! Chewy is a very caring company and it shows!

Wow! Chewy has always proven themselves as reliable sources for my needed parrot, cat and dog products. But today they took the Badge of Caring! I made an order and changed account and info to my name following the death of my husband. Just a call to correct the account info, right? So in the UPS box today was a dozen beautiful long-stemmed roses with a note of condolences. Wow! I am overwhelmed and grateful. Thank you to the staff of Chewy. Never expected such.

Wow I am totally shocked and amazed!! My much loved French bull dog; Sally, passed away on March 5, 2023 and I called Chewy to cancel her autoships. I spoke with Mary and she was so kind and sympathetic and told me all the Chewy staff had pets of their own. She was so sweet! The shock came today...I received a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers in a vase from them and a lovely note! Talk about a company with a HEART Thank you from my whole heart. Crying right now so wonderful!
