Will never buy from them again…totally incompetent. Ordered Heart Guard, which we have in the past. The latest shipment was supposedly lost by FedEx. Had to call multiple times to try to resolve. A supervisor told my wife they would send it out, but we kept getting emails that they needed our vet’s approval. I called the vet and was told that a conversation with Chewy resolved the issue and the Heart Guard would be sent. Well, it never was. My wife has spent an inordinate amount of time on hold being bounced from various agents, supervisors, etc.

Terrible. Worst Service Ever. They trap you because you need prescription food and vets don't really sell it. Awful, awful awful. Don't buy from here, you will be frustrated.

WORST!! They lost a shipment of meds for my 14 year old dog. They refused to track any further than the FedEx website would allow which I could do myself. Called for a replacement. Replacement "fell through the cracks" and was not processed. Called a 3rd time, still no medicine and no help getting it here before she got sick... these people clearly don't give a good Goddam. Sickening. I called my vet and they told me they have been having a lot of complaints about Chewy lately. The people that are there are useless and have no business working with pet owners. They should give it back to Dr's & Foster, at least they cared about what they are doing

Been waiting over two weeks for dog food. They have changed arrival date several times. I have had to go to Petco and buy dog food. The prices are not better than the store not fast shipping. This customer with 5 dogs will shop elsewhere.

I’ve always been a faithful customer and loved Chewy. However, the last three times I’ve ordered, my delivery was no less than two weeks over due and the boxes look like they’ve been fighting with Mike Tyson! The last delivery was almost three weeks out! I can’t keep buying extra food because my original shipment didn’t come on time. My dog needs to eat! Sorry Chewy but three strikes and you’re out! I have Fed Ex deliver packages from other companies on time and in good shape. I think they have issues with Chewy but the customer is being punished. You might want to look into that. If you care about your pets meal schedule then Chewy is not for you. We set up autistic but late evertime. I'm better off going to my local store.

Delays in shipping have been horrible! Was expecting my order on Saturday and it’s now Wednesday evening and it’s still not here! Called support and while they were super friendly I feel like I keep getting lied to. They have told me 1 more day for the past 3 days!!

This is my first time ordering from Chewy.com. I am waiting on some medicine for my dog that was supposed to arrive yesterday. I still haven’t received it. It seems like a great company, but has really unreliable shipping. Most of the 1 star comments are regarding the shipment not arriving on time. Really wish they would fix that issue.
