WOW. Two days in a row a friendly, REAL human answered the phone on the second ring, fixed the issue and went above and beyond! FedEx delivered the first bag down the street to a neighbor's front door. In the meantime, Chewy sent a replacement bag for free pronto. When I called to inform them the first bag had finally reached us, they insisted on giving me the second bag free. Warm, friendly, real humans - IMAGINE THAT.

Had a package that was only half shipped. Called into customer service to find out my vet didn’t approve it yet without seeing my cat again. The lady, Diane, was going to keep refreshing her machine for when it came in. After I found out the vet wasn’t going to, Bernard, sent a message to Diane and they were SO pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Love it there!!!!

Every time we ordered from Chewy we always received what we ordered its very convenient to use , then when we had to cancel our account cause our pet passed away, we received a dozen tulips out of nowhere, we didn't even get a card from our local vet. Would definitely be ordering from chewy.com again when we need anything for our other pets. Grade A company

Not only did we have a great experience with Chewy while we ordered through them, but recently after canceling our auto renewal due to our pet passing away, Chewy and their team so thoughtfully sent us flowers with their condolences. While I don’t have a pet at this time your commercial with the 2 dogs and “The Peanut Butter box is here” is so heart warming. My brother who recently passed away just smiled every time he saw the add. I’ve walked around my house singing that jingle. Thank you for an awesome advertisement.

Today was my second experience dealing with Chewy Customer service. I can't say enough great things about them. They have BY FAR the best customer service I have ever dealt with. My issue and reason for calling in both times had to do with FedEx not delivering my package. Both times I tried going through FedEx and got no where. Chewy made up for FedEx's mistake and is resending my order. Thank you Tiara! Thank you to the rep that helped me last year. Thank you Chewy for taking care of your clients even when you did nothing wrong.
