Best customer service ever. We have used Chewy for years, with autoships and prescription diets for our cats. I order at least twice a month from them, and find the shipping fast and efficient. When our cat Max, who was on a kidney diet, disappeared in 2020, I called to see about returning a fairly large quantity of prescription food I had received. They told me to keep it and donate it to a local shelter. About 3 days later, we received flowers and a sympathy card. Wow. There is always a human to talk to and resolve any issues. They have an excellent product range and their prices are competitive.

I moved recently, and accidentally had the dogfood that I get on autoship sent to my old address, in a different state. Even though it was my mistake, chewy credited my account and enabled the recipient at my old address to donate the dogfood to a shelter. GREAT company, GREAT customer service! Thank you, Chewy!

We got a safe buzzing bark collar from chewy.com and first of all the product actually does what it says it dose with the safe option of buzzing. And then when we had problem finding the package they was like " thanks for calling now I helps you" I didn't have to wait on the phone or talk to a robot really .and they was like " no problem we fix this and send another one " and then we found our package 📦 and then they was like " awesome we appreciate it and we will just keep the replacement. ' just good customer service all the way around.

Chewy.com is the most wonderful company I have ever dealt with. I received a prescription diet dog food order, from Chewy.com, for my 15 1/2 year old sweet girl on Wednesday. On Saturday, because of prior health issues and not the ordered food, she passed away. I contacted Chewy to see how I could return the food. They said they would refund my full order and asked me to donate the food to our local shelter. Today I just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a glass vase with a beautiful and thoughtful condolence note. Chewy went above and beyond anything I could expect from a company. Our family will forever be patrons of Chewy.com for all of our pet supplies. They are truly a wonderful company.

What a wonderful company! I ordered a bag of dog food for my dog who passed away before it was opened. Not only did they credit my account and told me to donate the food they unexpectedly sent us flowers in condolence for our beloved dog Phoebe who passed away. They will always have a customer with me and my family and we have a lot of animals. That meant so much to us, thank you.

💙🐾 OMG❣️ I did a chat this week with a Chewy.com Vet to ask their thoughts on our almost 13-year-old lab’s back legs having troubles. She made some good suggestions and today I got stuffy and a get well card!!! I have always had exceptional service and products everything from these people. It’s completely amazing other places need to take it Chapter out of this book for sure thank you Chewy.com💙🐾🐾🐾 And by the way, I bought nothing and was not recommended that I needed to buy something. Just plain old, simple, common courtesy help.

You can call 24/7 and not get a robot on the line. A live human will assist you. Their deliveries are quick and efficient. Recently, when my pet died, I called to cancel my authorship, and take me off their email list. Not only was that done immediately, but they also sent me a beautiful condolence bouquet. Wish all companies had such great and personal service.

Chewy is the best! Just because, they gifted me a super cute Chewy hat, card and bandana! Anytime I needed to reach out to them, I've been amazed at their outstanding customer service. They truly care about their customers. Thank you again Chewy!
