Ordered for the first time. They packed 3 plastic containers of cat treats with 2 large boxes of cat litter in one large box. Needless to say one of the containers of treats got crushed. To be honest I'm surprised that all 3 didn't get damaged considering the weight of the litter. Pretty sure I won't order from them again.

I place an order on sep 15th it has not been shipped at all I had to cancel my order because it took to long and when I canceled the notification say “your order has been shipped” 2 weeks later and I still haven’t gotten my refund I hate this app

Do not buy from them, I made a purchase a ling time ago for dog food, then tried another type. I orginally was on auto shipments. I canceled it but every so often I would get an email stateing your credit card has been denied. They were still trying to auto ship me dog food which my dog can't eat and had problems with. On Sept 21st then did it again. I contacted them and they canceled it, then on 25th of Sept they did it again. I immediately contacted them and theey canceled it. I then told them if it happens again I would no longer purchase anything from them. All of a sudden on Sept 28th at 3am I get a charge for over $68 for mutli kinds of dog food. I contacted them by phone and they told me it was too late to stop it and cancel it! WHAT THE HELL! I then advised I was contacting my Credit Card company to report fraud and after several minutes of this going over where I contacted them on the 21st and then on the 25th and no on the 28th and they refused to canceled and refund forr items I don't have nor never ordered!

need more varieties of food because my SHARPEI has a potato and pea allergy

Very disappointed. Contact customer service regarding coupon help and that was pretty much useless. Will go to amazon for future doggy toy purchases.

I HATE your current website. Can't find the Stella Chewy I want, not going through a qazillion entries.....no place to type a question other than here. no search bar at top of page. A complete disaster has been to try to get an order from this place. They ask on their site for the vets info and my info for verification. I went back a couple of days later and tried to order, I did and order was “placed”. Then I got an email requesting to load the prescription or they will get it from the vet… so if they can get it from the vet what’s the point of asking for the vets info and asking me to do it. So I answered their email and told them to do not bother me with more emails and if anything just cancel everything. So I get an email apologizing for everything and that they will contact the vet themselves, this was at around 9 pm on a Saturday. On Sunday morning I get a call from “Josh”, a person with a thick accent ( outsourced work I bet, making America Great as a good corporation) and he tells me that my bet denied the prescription, REALLY???!!! they contacted the vet between 9 pm Saturday and a Sunday? And they erased the last email where they said they we’re gone contact the vet themselves, What a joke this corporation is.

Never again. I ordered a booster car seat for my dog for a trip. The FedEx info never had tracking info yet customer service kept saying its on the way. I'm in distribution I know it was never shipped only the label printed. Too bad as I wanted to try something different then amazon.
