Really love the company the way it is now. Unfortunately with PetSmart buying them, I am sure things will change and we'll all see prices go up, no free shipping, and the product lines won't be the same. Such a shame. They should have stayed an independent company. The don't need a PetSmart to make them better.

I sincerely loved this place for it's customer service and excellent selection and price. I only gave them 4 stars because I found out they recently sold to PetSmart. I'll be buying my dogs supplies from petflow.com now. Such a shame:(

I love Chewy. They save me gas money and at times, heavy lifting because it comes right to my door. My only little grip is that I wish they would offer the automatic reorder price for every purchase instead of just a one timer.

THE TEMPTATIONS TREATS ARE IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER THEY WERE SMASHED BY THE 30 POUND BAG OF DOG FOOD. THEY WERE ALL OVER THE BOX.IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROTECTED BETTER. OTHER THEN THAT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER

I ordered a couple of bones from Chewy.com. They broke within minutes of opening them. Today I was very disappointed and felt like I had thrown in the garbage can. I put the bottles in the trash and write a review about the bones on their website. A day or two later I received an email from Chewy .com, they had refunded the entire price of my purchase and apologize for the inconvenience and the disappointment. That spoke volumes to me . they are a company that cares about sit customer satisfaction. That's very hard to find these days. I will definitely continue to do business with their company .

Great company. Came when they said it would and it was easy to track. We are vacationing from Canada and could not find our dog food brand in any of the pet stores so we ordered from a Chewy.com. Happy we did not have to change the dog over to a different brand👍😀

The shipping is ok.They state 1 to 2 days, but I have been getting my orders later than that. Other than that I really like chewy.com and so does my fur babies.

We needed to get new carriers for our kittens. We ordered (2) PETMATES hutches. Not only were they on sale & delivered in days, their clever design turned out to be amazing for our girls. Not one peep out of them during the car ride to or from the Vet! They loved being able to see all around them & each other. Highly recommend them!
