First of all the service is always amazing. We have always gotten our orders within a couple days of placing the order. Prices are awesome as well. Chewy went above and beyond this week by sending us flowers because our guinea pig passed away. I sent them an email last week asking if I could get a refund on some food that we didn't need anymore since our guinea pig had died. Within 20 minutes someone replied and said they have put in a refund for the food and to donate it to someone who needs it. Then I get home today, and I see a big box with the words fresh flowers on it. I look inside and see beautiful sun flowers and a nice vase. 😍 Thank You so much to everyone at Chewy.

I am an animal lover and owner of birds, ferrets, cats, and dogs ….chewy has been my go to, and over the years their customer service was perfect - they showed their loyalty to their customers in big ways. It’s one of the rare companies that actually cares about who they do business with. I got two dozen roses on the passing of a pet and a current order refunded and they told me to donate this order to someone that can use it. I was speechless and will never use anyone else. I have been with chewy for about 2 years because of my cat’s health issues and needing special food. Got the auto ship and it is always in time. The only time they made a mistake with the items, problem was resolved quick. The birthday cards for my cat that come yearly are cute too

I received my autoship order of over $100 worth of pet supplies just a few days before my pet passed away unexpectedly. I didn't even have a chance to open the new supplies. I called Chewy to see if I could return them and to my surprise they told me to donate the supplies to a local shelter and they refunded my bank account for the entire order. Chewy is a great company and I will continue to order from them as long as we have a pet in the home, which will be forever as my husband and I are pet lovers. Thank you so much Chewy, we appreciate you!

I just received my latest order one day after we had to put our dog to sleep. I called Chewy and they refunded the order and asked me to donate the products. We have a local animal shelter that is a wonderful organization and I will be happy to donate to them. I then received a dozen roses and a condolence note from Chewy! While it made me cry all over again, I appreciated the sweet gesture.

I love Chewy! Will never buy my cats food from anywhere else. Their customer service is very helpful and reply within minutes. I will always recommend Chewy to anyone.

Our kitty cat New New had diabetes since 2010, he just passed away two days ago, and we called Chewy.com that we no longer need insulin for New New anymore.. Today FedEx Driver delivered a box to our home from Chewy.com, I was wondering I didn’t order anything, when I opened the box, it’s beautiful yellow roses with the vase, I can’t stop crying. I am amazed at the level of service this company provides. Prices great, items are shipped quick and if you ever have a question or a problem with a return they are completely in making this right.
