Slow service with auto ship. No communication or help with substitute. Great delay in processing prescription refill on file. Not as good, by a lot, as they were. I'm looking for alternatives.

This is the third time I have had a problem with FedEx delivery for Chewy. I have two huge signs at my front door that is for delivery drivers. They need to leave the package between the screen door and the front door because I am disabled. I cannot go outside to get packages. I can grab a package and pull it inside if the driver leaves it where I instructed. Every driver from other delivery services follows instructions. The FedEx driver apparently cannot read. I live in Modesto, CA I told the woman on Chewy's helpline that I will never order from Chewy again until they use another delivery. FedEx is the absolute worst!! re: tracking # ending 4554

They use FedEx to ship everything and FedEx is incompetent. My package was out for delivery every day for 7 days and never got delivered.

I have been a Chewy customer for years and never had a problem until now. Last week I placed my order for the insulin my dog needs to stay alive. When I did not get it by Wednesday, I called and was told that FedEx had been sitting on my delivery since Monday. The insulin was now spoiled. I spoke to the pharmacy and was told there would expedite a replacement shipment. I never got an email with the tracking. I called on Thursday and was told to expect delivery on Friday. It was not delivered. I called on Friday and was told that the pharmacy is not allowed to expedite orders because FedEx has "issues". I called on Saturday. The pharmacy now tells me nothing can be done until Monday. They also tell me they can not tell me when I can expect to receive the order I have already paid for.

I have ordered from Chewy a lot, and it was always great. The order would come within a couple of days, three at the most. No more. My last 2 orders have taken 10 days. They use FedEx and FedEx says it will be delivered, then it doesn't come, then it says pending, and this goes on for days. My current order was made on 9/28 and here we are at 10/2, five days later, and my order is, you guessed it, 'Pending'. They give you no other options for shipping so you have to rely on them to make sure they use a carrier that will actually get it to you. Sorry, Chewy, you get no more of my business.

Been ordering from Chewy for years always good, with good communication , well not now ordered on 22nd and there 1 to 2 day delivery is now a lie, today is the 1st of Oct mined you they have never told me of a problem so on the 27th I contacted them oh it will be there the 29th it did not come called them the 30th which I was told it must be lost, once again they did not contact me, wanted to replace but half my order was out of stock, and God knows if this would show up, told them to refund me at this time they tried to short change me Needless to say a once very good company became a mess of a company no more chewy Just as cheap at petsmart

I've been using Chewy for years now and never had a problem until today. I ordered a case of canned food for my senior dog who had to have 19 teeth pulled and they said it would arrive on September 27th. It is now September 29th and no food, so I checked and now it says no estimated delivery date. Needless to say, I had to rush to petsmart to get the food which I obviously already paid Chewy for. They are clearly not a reliable company.
