They have always been great! Today, I went to return a bag of dog food, and they refunded my card and told me to donate to a local shelter. What an amazing use of resources to help animals in need!

Chewy has impressed me so much. For years I was ordering a prescription cat food for my cats kidneys. She passed away and I was and still am devastated. I sent a message to Chewy and informed them of her passing and that I no longer needed the cat food. They sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers with a handwritten note expressing their sympathy for my loss. I don’t think that I have ever felt so touched by such an unexpected kind gesture. I will forever be thankful and still use them to this day for my other cat.

Chewy has always been great!! Once I ordered dog food on accident. I do not own dogs!! I have cats. Chewy was so awesome. They said we will reimburse you just reorder cat food and don't the dog food. They ship really fast. Also my mom lost her two dogs within 3 weeks of each other. They had Cushings, also special food. She spent over $300 a month. She called Chewy and they reimbursed her for all the stuff bought in the last 30 days. Told her to donate it.

I love this company!! They package everything very neatly and items arrive timely. Never had a bad experience.

I have always had a great customer service experience with Chewy. My dog passed away recently. I mentioned this in an email canceling service. I received the most touching letter from Red L. in CS and then received flowers from Chewy. That really is pretty amazing.

I had used Chewey for several years for my dogs food and medication. Prices were good and always delivered on time. My beautiful fur baby recently crossed the rainbow bridge and Chewey sent a heartfelt email and beautiful flowers with their condolences. Top notch customer service and very caring people.

I have been using Chewy for a few years now. I have never had a problem with them. The deliveries are quick, the customer service reps are always super friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend them. They even sent a birthday card to my dog. Boop! It’s your birthday. Thank you Chewy staff
