Until now, I've always avoided using chewy because of the higher prices. But, recently I purchased an item for my dog because I wanted it quicker and read that chewy customers receive their order in one to two days. Well, that is so not true! Tomorrow is day 3 from when my order was placed and the tracking site says it hasn't even shipped yet!!?!?! I totally regret paying a higher price and still not getting my order as expected. Will never use chewy again!

Cant seem to get my packages delivered to the right place I started using them after my emergency hysterectomy and out of 3 orders 1 went to an Amazon hub and should have been at my door on the 3rd floor 1 got lost and no one knew were it was or anything they didn't try to help just said they would refund my money and wouldn't send a confirmation email for the return. Very disappointed that I really needed this service and it hasn't worked out I'll be going to my local pet store from now on when I'm all better.

My first time using chewy. Wish i would have looked at the reviews first. Order has just been sitting for days without being shipped. No response from so called customer service as to cause of delay. Save yourself the trouble. Go elsewhere for your pet needs.

Dealing with this company that puts most of thier effort into copy n pasted really lame puns etc (purrfect, paw u later etc) emails, has been pathetic. They will use the covid, weather, fires, act of God etc etc crutch to delay shipping. You have to constantly contact them in order to hopefully get anything accomplished. Petsmart either hired the wrong people to run Chewy or made a bad business move buying them. I wouldn't use either one now. Not worth the bs.

I am so displeased with their service. I have been trying to get my cats prescription diet refilled and their service center has been extremely unhelpful. Additionally I was unable to upload the documents.

I guess 1 star is as low as I can go. The customer service with my current order issue is beyond unacceptable. The 1 supervisor at 1 point said I accused them of theft. Which never occurred.

Chewy cannot be relied upon for prescription medications. I placed an order for three medications, all prescribed by the same vet. Due to some sort of clerical error, only two of the three prescriptions were confirmed with my vet, the last stuck indefinitely in "waiting for approval". Chewy charged my credit card, but then "timed out" and silently cancelled my order, never informing me it had been cancelled or providing any other indication the order would never be filled. When I inquired they responded "Sorry, you can try placing the order again". I strongly suggest not relying on Chewy to deliver critical prescription medications.

Placed order on 21 Sep and still have not received order on 5 Oct. Contacted Chewy who said they would look into it. When I asked the representative how did Chewy plan to accommodate me for the inconvenience the rep told me he would refund my money and i could go and shop elsewhere. Thats what i plan to do and I suggest you do the same!
