Chewy.com is a great company. They always have what I need, they ship on time and their merchandise is in excellent condition. I have never had a problem with this company and I am always ordering from them. They even sent my dog a birthday card !!

Chewy customer service representatives have been the most informative and empathic employees I have spoken with other than at Schwab. My experience is that these employees were not just trying close a sale but provide a service too.

Amazing company to do business with. I used them for auto ship of dog food and perscriptions. They were easy to work with online but their customer service is incredible. Our dog died shortly after last ordering. The empathy and kind consideration they gave me was beyound words. Jonathan & the Chewy Family even sent a sympathy card and flowers for the loss of our dog after 17 years. Not many companys care about customer service but Chewy takes it to the next level of care! I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet of any kind.

I recently lost my dog. I reached out to Chewy because I have a new bag of dog food and I never opened due to my recent loss. Chewy sent me the most amazing and comforting email and refunded my entire order. Chewy also sent me flowers at home. I can't be more thankful for their service and sympathy.

I had just started auto ship for my Bichon MuffyBelle’s medicine April 4,2023, she crossed the Rainbow Bridge on April 17th I contacted Chewy to cancel and explained her passing with Cushings, they cancelled and I got the kindest EMail with condolences and a personal message from Jessica and today received a beautiful bouquet. Thank you Jessica and Chewy, we will be forever grateful. Don and Charlee Deyer

Chewy has a great team of customer service representatives. Recently there was a problem with paying for my order. Michelle diagnosed the issue, told us how to fix it. She promised to cal me the next day and called me back at the exact time she promised. She noted that I had free shipping from a previous order and gave me the code. I will definitely shop here again!

I love this company. My orders have always arrived on time and in good condition. I order all my dog and cat food and toys from chewy. If I ever had a problem they fixed it right away. They even refunded half of my purchase of large bag of dog food without asking for a refund. My dog hated the taste . LOL Not their fault but they went one step beyond.Been a customer for 3 years and will continue. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

My dogs got very sick about a year ago so we had to change their diets completely and feed them prescription dog food. We kept running into problems with the stores not having the right kind of prescription food in stock when we needed it. So we started ordering it through chewy.com and we've had no problems! We have them autoship it to us every 5 weeks and its made life just a little bit easier.
