Horrible customer service, They messed up my order, make you wait for weeks before you get your order. I asked to return their screw up and replace the incorrect items and they tell me I have to wait for all the stuff to get here, so I asked If I could just repurchase more and then when it comes the rest of the old order comes in they can replace it or refund the incorrect items, she's telling me no. So From the rep, I can not purchase more, I have to WAIT for all my order to come, even though I sent Pictures of this incorrect item from a brand I never even heard of.

Chewy use to be great a few years ago, I used to order my dog food and it would be on my porch the next morning. If it wasn’t I could call and they would expedite it or find out why it was late. Now I order dog food on a Friday morning and Sunday evening it still hasn’t shipped. I talked to three customer service agents who don’t really seem to care. They just told me they can’t expedite anything? I don’t know what happened with the change in this company, but I won’t be doing business here anymore.

Ordered food but selected the wrong flavor. Their system says you can't change it but you can send an email to ask for changes. They never replied to me, cancelled my order which I would have done myself if that's what I wanted. (The site allows you to cancel on your own). I would have just kept my pups second fav flavor. I still don't have product or a refund and the link on the order says out for delivery and continues to change due dates. When I asked what happened they said "they researched it and cancelled the order." No apology or more info on their error. That's not what I wanted or asked for. I now recommend buying anywhere else! PetSmart and Petco deliver. I gave Chewy a chance because of a coupon. But now I'm sitting here with no product. An unhappy owner and unhappy puppy. Just say no to Chewy.com. Two thumbs and two paws down.

I have been a customer for a couple of years. Had a couple of problems when my order was delivered. Boxes broken, spilled cat litter and they always replaced the items. However when they offered spend 50.00 get a 20.00 gift card I did so. I had just adopted 2 kittens and needed food and toys. When I asked how to claim it I was given answers from a different person each time I responded. They new nothing of the offer. They wanted a picture of what I had seen. When I said maybe I should go elsewhere for my cats food the girl said we took you out of the system and closed out your account. Amazing how fast they want to get rid of a customer over 20.00. I wrote to their headquarters and never received a response. Very poor judgement on their part.

RIDICULOUS.

I ordered 20 pound bags of cat food system changed them to 3 15 lb size. I ordered 40 lb cat liier, system changed to 20 lb. 40 lb bag of dog food not even shipped after 6 days. Don't change what I order. Scammer.

My doberman now suffers from congestive heart failure. For the last few months, I'd place Vetmedin Pharm Orders from Chewy. Their pharmacy SUCKS. Worse than SUCKS. Everytime, I place the order they complain that its my vets fault - but my vet has provided timely response every time. I placed my order this time on Friday 10/1. On 10/2 my vet emailed them the script approval. On 10/4 it had not been shipped - said that it was my Vets fault. Called my vet - vet sent me copy of email they sent to Chewy on 10/2. Called back Chewy, Alisha said working with Pharm. I resent the email that vet sent to me on 10/4. called back on 10/7 and chewy blamed the vet. its still had not shipped. they said won't ship until 10/8 and won't get until 10/11 or 10/12. So my doberman will be without life saving medication of which i ordered timely for 5 days and I was slated to go out of town and my dogsitter won't have the proper meds to give Rocky and he could die w/ my dogsitter. Chewy should be ashamed. This is the worst that they have been, but each time i've ordered this $200 script from them (i.e. once per month) they have been equally despondent. i won't be using them again - i'll have to find someone else - did i say they SUCK.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Don't fall for their Buy 2, Get 1 Free SCAM. You will find that the free item is suddenly out of stock, but the ones you paid for are always available. It has happened to me one too many times and they've lost a customer who used to spend $200 - 400 every month.
