What an upstanding wonderful company Chewy is. We had purchased a car seat for our puppy which she loved and there was a problem with the clip that attaches to dogs harness. I called Chewy and without any fuss at all was told I would be sent a new seat. I so appreciate how my problem was handled. I will be a Chewy customer only from now on. Thank you.

Recently I had to cancel an autoship for my cat that had passed away. Within a week, I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my home with a heart touching message. I was so touched that Chewy.com took the time to send these flowers to me expressing their sadness in the loss of my beloved pet. I was so amazed that any company would take the time to do such a kind thing; and though I thought customer service was a thing of the past, Chewy.com proved me wrong, with the best and kindest customer service ever. I am so impressed, Chewy.com customer service is EXCELLENT, AND SUPERIOR to anyone I have done business with. I cannot express how much this meant to our family.

We recently lost our two shihtzus Cocoa and Lucy and I had called to close our account. We received a beautiful bouquet of roses in the mail the next day expressing Chewy’s heartfelt sorry for our loss. You will never know how much that meant to us. great customer service, always helpful, and always fix any problems. I dont want to give my money to the big online behemoth and would pay extra not to, but the prices are also great so I dont have to worry about that

I've been using chewy for about 4 years now. I got my precious bulldog, bubbas in Dec of 2014 and first the first few years I was a new dog mom, I always got his food from the vet when they stopped selling his particular food, someone had mentioned his specific brand was on chewy so I checked it out. I had to get a prescription from the vet and it was all good! Chewy was always on time and the fact that you can call and get to talk to someone 24/7 is EXCELLENT! Well, my sweet boy passed away March 14th 2023 (6 weeks ago today), well last week around 11pm I got an email stating my debit card was charged the $86 for his food (autoship), I immediately called and told the woman on the other end that my baby passed. I started crying and she was so sympathetic and kind. She understood how difficult this was. Not only losing my baby but now having to admit I no longer need his dog food. Well today I just got home from out of town and had a nice bouquet of flowers on my front door step from chewy. This was so incredibly kind of them. The day my baby sends me another dog, I will only buy from chewy. Thank you all for not only having a good company but actual employees who CARE 💜💜

I recently lost my dog and had contacted Chewy to let them know to stop my auto ship. I had just received the medication that I had ordered the day before. Chewy told me that they would refund me, and then today I receive flowers from them! This was above, and beyond my expectation! Thank you so much for being there and bringing a smile to me today🐾

Chewy Chewy.com is an awesome company. I recently made a purchase of Blue Buffalo dog food. However, I had to return the bag of dog food since my dog was placed on a different diet. I contacted Chewy and was informed by customer service representative Jason, that I would receive a full refund and could take the bag of dog food and donate it to my local shelter. This made me so happy since we know how much need there is out there. It is companies that like this that make us feel proud to support.

Chewy is a fantastic company that treats customers with respect and kindness. When my cat suddenly passed away they refunded the price of a case of cat food I'd just ordered That level of customer service goes above and beyond and I will be a loyal customer always.
