Chewy has made my life so much easier as a senior for my senior long haired chihuahua Nellie she loves all the food and treats I have ordered from Chewy and the prices are even cheaper than Walmart with the auto ship customer service is great as well if I could give a 10 star review I would delivered the next day and I don't have to lift heavy cases of dog food. Excellent customer service! And a human answered!! And not to transfer me to someone else, but to actually efficiently take card of a issue I was having ordering with my CC. She found the issue in her system. She proceeded to make the the corrections, and then place the order from me, keeping me from having to go back online to do it myself. She was polite, professional and got me sorted in under 5 mins. Other companies need to step up their game, especially with inflation! I was thrilled with my experience.

I was impressed by so many parts of my recent experience with chewy customer service. First the response was quick. Secondly they asked about my pup and thirdly they gave to a good cause. My pup was in the ER over the weekend with a new dx of IBD and now is on special food. I just received my new auto ship order for food he was on prior to dx. It's unopened and I asked about process for return. The chewy representative we sympathetic towards my pup and new illness and told me not to worry about return and to donate to a shelter and they will refund me for the bag! Wow!! I still offered to return but they were happy to give to another pet in need. They asked how my pup was, used his name, and asked for updates...can we say amazing! I did purchase my new novel protein with them and they now have a customer for life. Even if the bag is a smidge more expensive I will always use them knowing how great of an experience this was, and easy. I am donating the bag that was for return to a dog in need. I am also a foster failure and happy to see that the pay it forward truly came around. Thank you chewy!

I have been ordering from Chewy for sometime now. I think the prices are good. The amount of time you receive your order is unbelievable quick. If you have any issues just call. Chewy has the best customer service, they are a quality company. We have used Chewy for many years and always found them to give excellent service. Our cat recently passed away, the Chewy agent was so nice when we stopped our auto-ship for cat food. Thank you Chewy for your words of sympathy they mean so much to us. We will always be dedicated customers of Chewy.

I called customer service and spoke with Asia, and she was wonderful. My golden retriever passed away on Monday and on the same day I had 2 packages delivered from chewy.com. I called and she said they would refund my purchases and asked us to donate what we had to a shelter., such a wonderful service! I also received flowers from Asia and chewys! It was so thoughtful and kind!

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service that was provided by Chewy. I was ordering prescription food for my 20 year old tuxedo but unfortunately, had to put him down when his health started to rapidly decline and his quality of life was in question. Chewy was very compassionate during our time of grief and incredibly helpful with the return process. In fact, to our surprise, they refunded our full amount back and did not bother us with returning the food back to them, instead they requested that we donate the food to a local shelter, which I did. It was just so unexpected and I was overwhelmed by their generosity. Then, 2 weeks after when we picked up our beloved Buddy’s ashes, we received a package in the mail from Chewy. They had sent us a memorial stone with his name on it and a loving message, so yet again, I was in tears because of the emotional support we have received from Chewy. It is obvious that the people at Chewy understand fully what it is to be a pet parent and how much of a loss it is when we have to say goodbye. I cannot thank them enough. I would also like to add that their app is very user friendly and the ordering process was very easy to navigate. When ordering prescription medication or prescription food, all you need to do is add the vet information and they contact the vet for authorization and the order is processed in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to do business with Chewy in the near future. Their compassion towards our pets and superb customer service will keep me coming back. Chewy is the best company! They are always making sure that the customer is happy & satisfied. Plus they mention your pets name when emailing them which I find is a very nice personal touch.
