Should have read these reviews! I ordered ONE Catio and Chewy sent me three........totaling nearly $1,000. I used one for my cats and have been attempting to get credit for the other two that I did not order. They denied they shipped them but yet I have the entire tracking information from FedEx which shows that they were shipped from Pooler, Georgia, a Chewy Warehouse. I was in the process of moving and had the one set up at my new home so when I head someone dropping something off, I found out they were the extra catios. So I had to pay someone to take these two very large boxes out to my legal office and with no place to put them, one has gotten wet and I am amazed that no one has taken them in the night. I have owned a legal office for 45 years and I can assure you, I will take further action against this corrupt business.

I am ordering veterinary prescription dog food my dog has liver problems, It takes you one week to receive your dog's food. When you find out your food has not been shipped. Customer services lies and the supervisor was cold and didn't say nothing to help me with my situation the order was still waiting to be pickup to be shipped. I was crying to him about my frustration, but the only thing he said was that they had a lot of order backup. I will never be deceived by this company's lie and no compassion for dog owners.

I am not sure what is happening with them? I usually have great service. My pet is on medication and I have an auto delivery that I wanted to expedite along with greens pill pockets. I called on a Thursday and the gentleman; clearly newbee and I had patience with him and he was VERY SLOW but we got through it. I thought it was odd but then I get an email over the weekend that my auto delivery hit a snag. The newbee went and asked for authorization from a FORMER VET for the dog food? Then I spoke again now a supervisor and they will send it right out, correct newbee made error. Now I receive an email that it isn't coming for 4 more days? What kind of craziness, my orders usually comes in 2 days. This all started over a week ago and still no order received. HORRIBLE....service. I call and they place me on hold and then hang up on me? HORRIBLE ....

This company sux, I think it's the same person answering the phone all the time with generic apologies. DON'T ORDER, YOU'LL REGRET!!

Typical corporate greed would not honor coupon code that was in my cart. Cancelled and in the process of canceling account (not easy). Bait and Switch, and their shipping is unreliable.

This is the worst company ever will never order from them again. When you order it tells you 1-3 days of delivery. Well that’s a lie. It took 5 days and an escalation team member was supposed to call me and that did not happen. Should of order from Amazon I never have issues from them. So taken you off my email address.

The only way to return an item is to email them. I've emailed three times with no response. I'd rather stick to Amazon and Walmart where returns are not so difficult.

I have been ordering food for over 11 years great customer! Ordered a lot of Naturals Balance food & it was ready to expire 2 months at my order! This is awful over $100.00 of food that went bad! Beware they will ship you dry bag dog food ready to expire! Naturals balance could care less about it🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭😓😓😓😓😓😓 Check your dates on the bags of dog food!!!!
