Never in our 40+ years of being pet owners have I ever had such a warm and compassionate company as Chewy. We recently had a dog who was diabetic and we ordered his supplies from Chewy because of their low prices and no shipping charges. When our doggie suddenly died in March, not only did Chewy refund us the money for our recent delivery but they also sent flowers and a lovely card the following day. It was such a comfort. We have never been treated so graciously as were from Chewy.

We started ordering our little dog's food and supplies from Chewy. We had adopted her, she was so abused.. We always got our orders within two to three days. We lost our little girl in april. A friend told me to let chewy know, and I didn't know why she said that, but I let them know. We got an email crediting our accoun with our last order and also telling us if we needed someone to talk to, they were there. The following day, we had flowers delivered to our house. Had no idea who they were from. Read the card, and they were from Chewy. Chewy went over and above any company we have ever dealt with.We will use them for all pet supplies now. We have adopted two more little dogs. We have recommended them to everyone we know. I even posted on my facebook and everyone who read it said they would be changing to CHewy.

I’ve used Chewy for years for my pet food needs. We have a cat that needs special (aka very expensive) food. Chewy has the best prices, excellent customer care, on time subscription service and gets orders here in just a couple of days. ANYTIME I have had a problem (like raw food making my other cat sick) or food that the girls just wouldn’t eat, Chewy gave me refunds. Then I could donate food to our local shelter. When my dog died, chewy.com refunded the money I’d just paid for dog food and sent me flowers the very next day along with a sweet card!! It’s a great company!!! (Review by Tom’s wife)

I've been using Chewy for years! I had just received a shipment of dog food, one that I had recently switched my dogs to. They didn't seem to like it, so I decided to switch back to the old food they were eating. I called customer service to ask if I can ship the box I had just received back to them and reorder the original food I was using previously. I was told I could bring the food to a local shelter and I was issued a refund and my new order was sent within 2 days! This is amazing and I was highly impressed with this. I will only be using Chewy for all of my pets needs!!!

Sometimes there are things in life that completely astound you, and at the same time reinforce your belief that there is kindness in this world, sometimes in the strangest of places. I had to cancel an automatic delivery of cat food for our "Mona" on Monday or Tuesday and the woman from their customer service, "Rosa" asked me what our cat's name was, how old was she, and expressed her sincere condolences for the loss of our cat. She was lovely to speak to and just now a lovely note and vase of flowers arrived from the company "CHEWY.COM". When we are so upset so often with bad customer service, lack of a person answering the phone (and they actually answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring), we forget that there really are companies out there who CARE. A gesture like this can often mean so much more to a person than they realize and my mood is deeply affected by this kind gesture. I just wanted to thank you for being such an amazing company. My family ordered from you once to get my dog stairs because she suddenly got very sick at only 10 months old and she was having a lot of trouble and was not able to jump on the couch. She passed away before she could ever use the stairs only days after she turned 11 months. We called to return the stairs because we never opened them but instead you let us keep them while giving us a full refund. They also told us they have resources if we needed to talk to someone about what happened. A few days later we got a package from chewy in the mail and my mom had me open it for her and they sent us flowers. We are amazed with how generous and giving chewy was. Thank you for being such a great company ❤️

This was the first time I’ve felt heard by a company. First they answer the phone impressively fast, no annoying music or wait, also they show they care, at least the 3 times i had to call them for things they have been amazing. Today i talked to Lizzy and she was wonderful, proactive, giving me more info than i was asking, it was really good.
