I have been buying lots of pet supplies for my fish and rabbits from Chewy for a while, including items as that are officially for dogs and cats. I also get things for wild birds. The items have always been well packed, Autoship works well, their app works well, and I don't get a bunch of ads filling my mailbox. They tell me when out of stock items come back, and, in my experience, don't claim an item is just out of stock when it actually is never going to be available through them. I prefer them to Amazon Their promotions have never been deceptive, in my experience, and prices are competitive. I'll continue to use them for the many items my pets need, monthly or single order.

I have been using Chewy since my cat was diagnosed with UTI in August of 2022. My cat passed away on May 26th. I called Chewy to cancel my Auto-shipped. The customer service representative was sympathetic. I had unused food and cat liter and I was given a refund. I was told to donate the food and liter to a local shelter on behalf of my cat Mew. Today, I received a vase with beautiful flowers from Chewy with a note that read "We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Mew, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough, and we're always here if you need anything. Warmly, your Chewy Family". I have never experienced so much kindness from a company.

Been a chewy.com customer for many years. Now that they've added horse feed and supplies I also buy those there. Super quick shipping, wonderful customer service, all the products I want and need and good prices. Very dependable company.

I've always had such a lovely experience with Chewy's customer service. Today, Jordan M. was helping with a box of treats that had broken during shipping, and he asked about my other pets while I waited for him to process the refund. He ensured they'd immediately send out new treats, and I felt heard and valued. That's why I always go back :)

We had been receiving expensive dog food and medicine for our dog for the past few years. She recently passed away. We called to ask if they would let us return some items. They immediately credited our account and said to just donate to a shelter. 2 days later we received a beautiful vase of flowers with a touching note about our loss. I’m so impressed and grateful!!

Honestly I’m so impressed about your return system. I have a blind dog and we bought a gate because we moved to a new house that has stairs. We weren’t sure if he was going to try to go down the stairs in the middle of the night and fall. However he did really well and I was going to return the gate since we don’t need it. Chewy decide to refund me and I can donate the gate!!! That is awesome and generous!! I’m currently looking at a shelter where this gate will be useful. Also my item arrived in 2 days.

My dog is an extremely picky eater. I had an auto shipment scheduled with Chewy (every 6-months) to replace her trio of food flavors. She's since changed her tastes and started her on another food. Chewy ran my order last night and even shipped a portion of it. Not only did Mark and Kay cancel the remaining items, they credited my card for the items already shipped and just told me to donate the rest of the items to a shelter. Makes me so happy that this dog food will not get wasted or destroyed. Will 100% continue to use Chewy.
