I love Chewy.com. The auto-shipments take one more thing off of my to-do list. Recently our beloved cat passed away just shy of his 14th birthday so I had my auto shipments canceled and asked to return what food I had left. They immediately refunded me and let me know that I could donate the food. I will be donating it to a group that helps the homeless and their pets. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card. Wow i’m still in shock. I’ve never had a company that I was canceling my business with send me flowers. chewy.com really cares. When we are ready to welcome our next fur baby, we will be using chewy.com again.

What made my experience amazing is that I had bought an insect repellent for my dog, and the sprayer was broken. I had written a review that it was great and very effective but I was disappointed that the very first time I went to use it the sprayer broke. This company went out of its way to make sure That I was satisfied they offered to replace the product they offered to give me a similar product they offered to give me my money back. I cannot tell you how pleased I am and I have used them many times and not had any problems. I will continue to use chewy , amazing company amazing customer service. I am so happy that someone took the time to contact me. I really felt like they were interested in making it right. Chewy thank you so much. Don’t be afraid to buy from this company. I trust them.

Chewy is a great place to purchase your pet products. They are super fast at shipping & they are also nice & very helpful. I recently adopted a kitten & downloaded her picture & bought some kitten food from them. Yesterday, I received a nice card & a painted portrait of my kitten. I’ve been shopping at Chewy for several years & I am always pleased with customer service & the products I buy from them.

The people at Chewy are the best! I received a beautiful painting of my betta fish Carporeal Tuna as a surprise for National Aquarium month painted by an unnamed Chewy employee. What they didn’t know was that Tuna passed away a while back (because I didn’t change the profile). I now have Wasabi and Tuna’s portrait now hangs over the aquarium as a lovely tribute. Thank you so much not only for going the extra mile but also for being the great company you are. We continue to trust you to carry the healthy dog food we feed Nola and to provide the toys she loves so much. Nola looks forward to the Chewy box arrival and we love Chewy!

I called Chewy to inform them that my gentle giant 110lb lab Gus had just passed due to heart failure he was 10 & 1/2, I needed to cancel the order we had placed the day before. The person I talked to was very understanding of our situation & refunded everything & told us to donate whatever we received to someone in need. I am so thankful for what they did for me & my family during this sad time, they also sent us flowers with a sympathy card.

My customer service representative was very polite and helpful with my dogs diet. She is a very picky shih tsu. Sophie doesn’t like any dog food. Liz recommended a few foods and a treat that Sophie will hopefully like. Liz was patient with me trying to search for food. She is very interested in helping find some items. Thanks again Liz! The customer service Chewy provides is the absolute best. Calls are taken by an actual person. I had a representative named Andrea this morning who turned my frustration around to a resolution with professionalism combined with kindness and concern. Thank you!

Called Customer service about returning an item I received but didn't need because our little rescue guy passed away. Customer service agent listened compassionately then told me to donate the item to a rescue group. To my suprise, the next day FLOWERS from Chewy showed up at me door. CHEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!💓
