I love being able to order big boxes of litter and big bags of cat food and not have to lift and carry it to my car, and to my house. The commercials are deceiving, thug. It says free delivery, but fails to add for orders over $49. They need to improve on their packaging. Twice they have sent the heavy objects in the same box as breakables without any padding, so things were broken. The company was very apologetic and immediately sent free replacements. The representatives are always so nice on the phone when you call them with a problem. Will continue to order from them.

I love ordering from Chewy my furbabies are excited when the box comes. Here lately my order has taken almost a week to arrive. Just this week my order was shipped in three different boxes and each box delivered different days by Lasership. I liked it better when FedEx would deliver because I than got my order in 1-2 days.

2 orders form this company. first ordered a crate, it came in about 5 days and looks great. It's the second order that i need to share with others. i ordered two packs of Blue Buffalo by mistake. i immediately cancelled the order. but i was not able to do that. so i contacted cs, I was told that the order cannot been cancelled! i was so astonished by this. i hope they can improve it in future.

Good and not so good experience with Chewy. Here's the Good part. They have a great selection and the prices are pretty good for people like myself and wife who are very busy and do not like making the trek to the pet store weekly. The first time I spoke to their customer service, they were very friendly and answered my questions. The not so good part. Autoship orders are billed in advance of the date of shipping which wouldn't be a problem if they actually stated they would be billed 2-3 days before the shipment. Then if the card get's declined, they retry about 4 times which then caused an alert with my bank for fraud. I had to contact the bank and let them know that I authorized it but since my payment hadn't hit and Holiday shopping maxed the card out, it was an inconvenience. If they would have billed on the day they processed the order, everything would have been fine as the payment would have posted and the card would have been approved. On the last shipment, they stated it would be sent by 1 day delivery. This was on 01/02/2018. On 01/04/2018 at 7pm, I looked at the tracking to see that the shipment had not been picked up by FedEx and only the shipping label was created. I then went on their live chat and asked if there was a problem since I saw that my card was charged 2 days prior. The person stated that because of the Holiday's they were delayed... I then asked which Holiday since all the holiday's had already passed and I ordered the products on 01/02/2018. They then stated that their distribution center was behind "from" the holiday's and that my shipment would be to me on 01/05/2017. My overall thought is that they need to get better communication with their distribution center and not BS the customer. If they would have told me that it would take 3 days, then I would have been fine with it. Them telling me that it would arrive next day is what ticked me off when it didn't show up. Not to mention that they attempted to charge my card on 01/01/2018 3 times... Anyway, I'm sure they will fix the issues and once I get the shipments on time and there are no more issues with them billing me 3-5 days in advance, I will re-evaluate my review. I am going to stay a customer unless they really mess up and I would say that anyone thinking about it should give them a try. Just be on top of the autoship and call in instead of using the live chat.

1st time ordering from company. Ordered a elevated feeder but my order arrived they had sent me a pet exercise pen. Email'd company to let them know my order was wrong & they responded quickly re-ordering the feeder@ no cost to me and said I should donate the exercise pen to a local shelter. Pretty awesome !

I had used their website for the first time to order a 3-pack cat litter. The shipping was as expected (took only 2 days), but I had only received two packs instead of the three. I have two kittens who eat a lot and use their litter a lot as well, so I really needed this litter. I was pretty angry because the litter at local stores is extremely expensive, and I wanted to receive what I paid for. So, I contacted them via their chat system on the Chewy.com website, and informed them of what I ordered and what I received. Then, they sent me a new 3-pack of the cat litter I ordered free of charge! It arrived around two days after contacting them. It is a good company considering the fact that they replace what they send incorrectly and free of charge.

We purchased an exercise pen for our puppy and it just wasn't what we needed. We spoke with Christopher in customer service and when we explained what we needed Christopher we were told that we would receive credit and that we can just donate the pen to our local shelter. That is customer service above and beyond. You have won us over as a customer. Thanks Chewy.

first of all i couldn't get an account set up. it said an account was already set up for my email address. i had to order over the phone. the girl was nice and found the items i ordered fairly quickly but she seemed like she was new and in training which is understandable. it clearly states that orders over $49 are free 2 day shipping. i ordered $225.00 of stuff on Thursday the 8th and she said i would receive the order no later than Sat the 10th. Today is Tuesday the 13th 3:00 pm and i just got one of the 3 pkgs. i called just before the pkg arrived and they said one pkg would be here today and the other 2 will be here late tomorrow. why do you advertise 2 Day Shipping if it is not possible. i don't appreciate that. i still can't get sign into my account.
