The website is terribly hard to navigate. I had updated my payment several times with difficulty and the site would not save my updates. Same with my address, once I got the new payment saved (so i thought) it shipped to an old address even though everything is displayed correctly. Then they say what shipped out is now out of stock. Going to be cancelling and using another service.

While I enjoy getting my pet food delivered I'm really disappointed that they refuse to make the boxes less heavy. I have to unpack my boxes outside just to get everything in the house. I've called a few times and they really just don't care.

This is the second time that this has happened. Never order 40# of cat litter with the rest of your order. What shipping does is put it all in one big box. So everything else you ordered get smashed up with the bag of litter moving around in the box. Plus FedEx doesn't use a cart to get it to my doorstep and just drops it on my stoop haphazardly. When you open the box it looks like everything went thru a meat grinder. First time they refunded the ruined products, big ordeal. I'll just start getting my litter locally.

When I first started ordering from Chewy, I received the orders within 3 days for like 2-3 orders. This is one of the selling points of the company, fast shipping. Then I started receiving my orders 8-10 days. I live in Alabama and they have a facility in Florida so I would think I would get all orders fast. My last orders have been shipped from Nevada, about the furthest you can get from Alabama. After an inquiry they explained they ship from whatever warehouse has the products I ordered. It is hard to believe Florida never had any dog or cat food I need. They did not seem concerned, I received basically a generic email about my problem. I order $300-400 per month as I have a small cat rescue. I really wanted to Chewy to work out for me as I love the company. But considering I can pick up next day or physically go into Walmart on a minutes notice I may have to go back to Walmart.

I would give Chewy.com a 5 star except for one major problem. Do NOT say items will arive in 1-3 days when you know they will not. I have ordered 5 times now and one order took over a week..the next were all at least 5 days and I needed the package in the stated time due to food running low and knew my car was going in the shop the last time. I do not live anywhere near a store or bus in my area. Please adjust to say 3-5 day shipping, which is the truth. Other than that, good value and nice to have free shipping over $49.

I love Chewy, their products & services are awesome for the prices but this time we had a problem. I ordered a cat door for the door to the garage..its just your run of the mill door..but the screws that came with it weren't NEARLY long enough to install it! Luckily my hub has a ton of tools, screws, nails etc. So he finally found the right size screws but they obviously should've come with the kit. All the other stuff was great..my dogs loved the mini teddy bear toys that even came with extra squeaker for when they tear the others ones out..lol & the deep kitty litter box looks like it'll do the trick because our Siamese cat Sabre "who's still a little feral" loves to kick all the litter out of the box whenever he goes and I'm tired of sweeping it all up..lol. PS Trustpilot asked me to add a pic..so I took a pic of the screws..its not showing..now I think they meant a profile pic..sooo

I have been a customer for over 7 years..have seen the changes! Their tax has been extremely high that's part of their profit I'm sure..Had bad weather in Texas ordered kept getting delayed understandable! However why would they ship from Indiana to Texas when they have warehouses hear..RIDICULOUS will be finding a retailer local that will honor their prices! As a matter of fact the Pets Plus in Arlington Texas does honor Chewy's Pricing....I spend well over $7000.00 a year due to owning a dog service!

I have used the autoship feature to buy my large dog food for over 3 years. But now the cancel culture has struck the pet food industry. When you can't even vote for who you want and have an opinion in a culture where free speech is guaranteed, then you watch as people's businesses are destroyed. Mypillow was cancelled by Chewy, and for an apolitical company who doesn't stick to staying out of politics, they just lost my money. I will buy local instead.
