Fed up with these guys. I have auto ship, so you expect regularity, right? No! When they run out, they just don't ship. You have to go to the site to find out that the reason you're out of dog food is these guys are out! Oh darn! I guess my dog can just wait? Or I can just race out and try to find something for her. Thanks bunches! 3rd time. I'm done.

I have a multi cat home. I purchase 40 pound bags of litter. MULTIPLE times I've received smashed cat treats, broken cat food bags etc. Its almost like their Warehouse can't understand that items that can be damaged shouldn't be packed with the 40pound bag of litter.....Like, my cats like to eat treats, not snort the powder because they were smashed. Of course they apologize, yes they reship, but NOPE....I'm done, especially since they actually said they filed a complaint with Fed Ex. Like, Ya'll, its not fed ex, its your warehouse. I'm using PetSmart now.

I sent some over-the-counter medication back to Chewy via FedEx. Chewy provided the label and contacted FedEx for the pickup. FedEx picked up the package and Chewy has acknowledged that. Yet, they will not reimburse me for the medication I sent back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I thought Chewy was better than this. Please Chewy- REFUND MY MONEY!!!

I’ve been a long time customer of Chewy and was pleased with their auto ship options until recently. Constantly running out of product and charging me for the orders anyway. I had to go out of my way to figure out what was going on twice and my dogs have been out of food numerous times now because of their failure to get my orders out. The final straw was when I started a chat with customer service and the person was obviously giving me tons of attitude and had no intention of trying to help a long time customer. This company will fail to exist soon if they keep going about business in this way. You’ve lost a long time supporter and I won’t be sending anyone your way.

I used to be a big fan of Chewy for a few years, until recently. I ordered dog food on Nov 24th, was told delivery was Nov 27th, then Nov 28th, then Nov 29th. It's 7:15 pm Nov 29th and no delivery yet. I've already been to the store once to buy a bag to tide me over, guess I'm schlepping to the store again tonight as my dogs are out-of food. Sadly, this is the third time in as many months this has happened. I'll never buy from Chewy again, especially since Petco sells the food I use for the same price.

I was super excited about this site until i made my first order, they took the money for the whole order, 2 days later I get my first box ( why they didn't send both together idk) then that night I have another charge for a third of the original amount which is still missing from my acct. So I call them and find out they have a hold on the full amount and once they send the second box they will take the balance two thirds and release the hold. I made clear that they knew that still means that all three charges will be out of my acct for 7-10 business days, they didn't care it's policy. So be aware what ever you soend they will take double and you have to wait until your bank releases the original payment which is not 24 to 48 hours later. This I'd the dumbest policy I've ever heard of and i won't be using them again.

What a scam. I have received countless chewy snail mail coupons over the years and tossed all of them into the trash. Today I received a $20 off for Chewy first order and free shipping coupon and I decided to try it. I added 6 boxes of dog treats into my cart at $10.50 each. I entered the provided discount code and received an error message. I contacted via Chewy direct chat to inquire what the problem was. The person had no idea what the problem was and said it appeared the code I was given did not work. DUH. There was no apology for my time, no fixing their error, no investigation into the problem. Further they refused to provide either a new code or or honor the discount code I was given. Why do I have to argue with some faceless droid about Chewy honoring a coupon THEY sent ME? Who has time for this nonsense? Not me. We seniors get scammed so often... shame on Chewy for taking advantage of us!
