I am so impressed with Chewy and wish I began my auto shipments a long time ago. I live in a very rural area and still receive my orders in less than 24 hours. I just found out about the veterinarian service. THANK YOU CHEWY!!!❤️❤️❤️🐕🐈🦝❤️❤️❤️

We've used Chewy for years with absolutely no issues. However, I've recently gained even more respect for them. I had ordered an rx item for our fur baby. Unfortunately, he passed away a few days later. Chewy not only refunded us for the item without question but was kind enough to send flowers the next day to give their condolences. This small gesture speaks volumes about their care and has strengthened my trust in using them for our pets needs. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy.com has the best customer support that I’ve ever experienced! Though I rarely need to contact them because my orders arrive on time and as ordered, on the few occasions I have needed to call, it’s been a great and successful experience. They listen. They answer the questions meaningfully. They resolve the issue. They’re professional and personable. Chewy got it right!

ETA: Chewy unexpectedly sent us a replacement order - all is good with the world again. Thanks, Chewy - your customer service is great and has gone a long way toward creating some goodwill. Thank you! I’m revising my number of stars from 1 to 5 based on your response. (I’ll be curious to see what kind of shape this box is in, though!) Ordered a 35-pound pail of cat litter and a 16-pound bag of dry food. They shoved them both in the same box. The box was busted open on both sides, of course, held closed by that thing where you alternate the box flaps, and was too heavy to carry. Bag of food was torn. How about using a little common sense when you pack stuff for shipment? No tape is going to hold a box like that shut. Maybe use two boxes next time. They normally provide good service but this is inexcusable.

So I ordered my ferret food that I can’t find at any store around me and Fourth of July happen to be the next day holiday so it took a long time to get the package but when it said it was delivered my package wasn’t at the front door, I don’t know what happened to it but chewy Thank God. They are such a blessing. They redid my order and sent me a replacement and they didn’t have to that! Such a wonderful company they really care about their customers and the customers Animal Babies , I appreciate them so much! I have been shopping with Chewy for the past 7 years and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my animals food! Awesome company!! Thank you so much Chewy!

Their delivery is very fast. Their customer service (if you e-mail) is wonderful. I had FedEx deliver $100 of cat food, but didn't try to notify me (didn't knock or ring the bell) and ants got all in it. Chewy promptly refunded my monies!!!

We’ve been using Chewy for forever. For autoships on food and random toy/supply purchases. I’ve had two instances where I’ve needed to reach out to customer service to correct something for me that were MY fault. The first time, an autoship went through before I had time to change the flavor of dog food since she wouldn’t eat the current one anymore. They responded promptly and had a replacement order with a different flavor sent out free of charge and asked me to donate the previous order to a local shelter (happily!). The second time, I had an order accidentally sent to the wrong address and they again responded promptly and sent out a replacement order free of charge. Might I add this happened over a holiday and they were still available and able to correct this for me! They have top notch service and are so pleasant to deal with. Both of these occurrences were my error and they made it right for me. We love doing business with Chewy and are forever customers.

This company's customer support team is top notch! I had an issue where an order had been left outside in 115 degree heat index, which could've led to spoilage of the product. One call to customer support resulted in a new shipment of the product at no additional charge. Couldn't be more satisfied and am looking forward to future transactions with chewy.com.
