Our dog has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and the only treatment is a prescription diet. We ordered it from Chewy and requested priority shipping. Yesterday they sent us an email that it would come a day late. Today the shipper claims they left it "on our porch" but we haven't gotten anything. In the meanwhile our dog is starving.

Trash company who took almost $300 and will not refund it after I have the packages ready for pickup to send back. FedEx is incompetent and won't pick up the boxes and Chewy won't do anything. Had to send food back due to pets allergies and I told them specifically where the boxes are and was told FedEx came out, but obviously didn't or they would have gotten the boxes. It shouldn't take a month of calling FedEx and chewy to get it figured out. Now I've had to file a dispute because the manager would not help they will not refund my money and I have done everything I was told to send those boxes back. I'm sick of playing games they need to do their job. Absolute horrible customer service and no help whatsoever sad that I had to get my bank involved. I won't be using Chewy again they care more about Taking your money and charging out the ass than helping customers and their pets.

Up until today, I wouldn’t have said much negative about Chewy. I buy the Tylees chicken treats, which are good treats. They went up in price from 14$ a bag to 24$ a bag!!! And their response was they are competing with the market!! So they obviously don’t care about their customers!! Hopefully no one else will pay that price either, and they priced themselves rite outa the market!! That’s totally ridiculous!!!

OMG......What is wrong with this so called company...no, seriously...outsourced? Aren't their computers linked together so all employees KNOWS what is going on, here, I'll answer my own question, NO....when you call in, chat...don't care HOW you get hold of Chewy, they have to start over each time, I tried ordering Animax Ointment....its in stock, try to order, OH, its not in stock, call again, ITS IN STOCK, no, oooops out of stock...then I get an email ANIMAX OINTMENT is now in stock ,call to order immediately, OH, it out of stock....GOD....what in the hell is wrong with this company, going to Face Book ask around to see who else they order from...I know people are paid to leave good reviews....sad day in hell...

Website says you when you need a vet authorization that you should have it ready to upload at checkout. This actually isn't an option on their site. So I went to the vet and got a vet authorization for nothing. At checkout I notice the price is $23 more than off the shelf at a local store, WELL above MSRP. So I wasted my time going to the vet, wasted my time registering on their site, wasted my time filling out a pet profile, and all I got for my efforts was free email spam. It's frustrating when a website doesn't even have the features they tell you to use in the instructions. Imagine how many other people are closing out their cart and heading back to the store as well, and I'm a 25+ year web designer. I can only imagine how many normal people get annoyed way before I did and closed out their cart. You're also collecting WAY too much information about peoples pets. The only reasonable explanation for the amount of information you ask for to buy a chew toy is if you're selling the information to third party marketing lists.

I will cut companies some slack due to the weather and absence issues. That said, Chewy is now on my naughty list. I have been trying to order horse feed from them since Jan 4. That order is in limbo. Chewy shows it shipped on Jan 7 with ETA of Jan 9, which is still greyed out meaning they do not have a record of it being delivered. One replacement order was allegedly shipped and received. I was as home when I got the notification and went outside, checked all around my house and yard, checked with my neighbors. It looks like it was delivered to a completely different state. I called and they created another order on Tuesday, Jan 11. Even though they claim the item has shipped and is on its way, if you check the FedEx details, only the label has been created and FedEx says the information will be updated as soon as they receive the item to ship. So when you get the notice from Chewy, when they say the item shipped, they mean the label was created. I am supposed to receive the item on Saturday, Jan 15, but FedEx shows they haven't even received the package yet. Their only solution to orders that never ship or get "stuck" or mis-delivered is to create another $0.00 order that also goes into a "label printed" limbo that never goes anywhere. I had to take off work, make an emergency trip to start mixing in another feed I can get locally because switching feed cold turkey can result it colic. I am done with Chewy, and also with the brand of horse feed.

I order something from there because it'd take between '1-3 days for delivery'. I get my order confirmation only to discover that I will receive it in 7 days. I saw one idiot 'Karen' defender ( Jon Krajenka ) of chewy.com saying you have to blame the delivery service for the delay not Chewy.com. Well, if that's the case then Chewy.com should notate that or don't claim '1-3 days for delivery'. I could've easily gone to a nearby Walmart up the street.. There's always a Karen..

Been using chewy for as long as I can remember. Never had any problems but today they lost a very valuable customer!! I submitted an order on Dec 22, 2021 and it is now Jan 11th and I haven’t received my order. I repurchased it just because I needed soft senior food. I called chewy and spoke to a manager named Kat. I provided her with a order# and all the info I needed and I’m being called a liar and told I never ordered the item!! I informed them on my app I can prove food was ordered and my bank account that money was withdrawn!! Still refused to help me!! I have 5 dogs,1 squirrel, 2 bearded dragons, 2 leopard geckos, and a ton of fish. Needless to say how I was treated on this call Chewy lost my business!! I DO NOT deserve to be treated and accused of lying when I had all the proof!! Horrible customer service and because how KAT the manager treated me I am forced to leave this review.
