I love chewy. I haven’t had any complaints with them. They are fast with delivery like next day even on Sundays.

I've used Chewy for years now. Their shipping was a little spotty during the height of the pandemic, but still pretty good considering! And better than many other companies. Recently though I needed to refund and cancel my most recent shipment of cat food, as my cat is on a hypoallergenic diet for a period of time. Chewy made the process so easy! They refunded the $80 charge for two bags of food, and said I could donate it, give it away or whatever else I wanted to do with it. So refreshing for an online refund, as I can focus my energy on my cat and donate food to help support our local shelter! I've also found their prices to be competitive with other retailers, as well as very convenient with auto ship services.

Chewy has the best customer service team in the world. My dog has multiple health issues that require prescription medication and food. I’ve used Chewy for these items for years. Every single human I’ve ever talked to at Chewy has been a gem. So helpful, so kind, going above and beyond every single time. Today, I called to see if they could assist in getting refills of food (I’ve been trying to get the vet office to fax it over for 4 days). They called the vet and got a verbal order! Something they didn’t have to do. And at the end of the phone call, asked how Sawyer was doing. I’m just always amazed at how nice everyone is! Thank you Chewy!!!!!

A wide range of dog and cat products, quick delivery, lots of sale, and amazing customer service. I like how Chewy supports shelters and rescues and takes social responsibilities seriously. One of my fav place to get supplies for my pets!!

This is the greatest company I have ever encountered . I ordered thing for my parrot and he suddenly passed away my order came in 2 days after he passed they refunded my money within 2days without having to send back I will be donating to a rescue this weekend and today I received flowers from them! What a wonderful thing to do for someone our pets are like our kids ! No one has ever done something so nice for me ! Thank you so much

I had supplements on auto shop and I forgot about it. My dog had passed away and I’ve just lost track of everything and I forgot to cancel it. I got the notice when it auto shipped and sent them a message asking if I could return it. They sent me a refund and said I could donate the supplements to a shelter and didn’t have to return them. Then sent some a very sweet email and even sent flowers to my door the same day! Amazing people, absolutely couldn’t believe it.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Karin who sent flowers after letting her know our dog Molly recently passed away. It was such a sweet surprise and brightened my day . Thank you and Thanks to Chewy. Love this company!

Chewy has the best customer service of any retailer! I had to let my precious furbaby, Mr Brown, cross the rainbow bridge 07-13-23. I had just received Mr Brown's meds and prescription food I ordered from Chewy. They were very gracious and understanding when I called about returning. Chewy refunded my money and told me to donate it all. This made my day, helped in mending my broken heart. I took all to the Salem Animal Shelter where I live in VA. Thanks Chewy for your kindness and sympathy.
