I have had nothing but a positive experience with Chewy. I had an issue with one of my orders getting lost. I called to check on it. The young lady gave me a refund and said to please call if I receive. A couple months later it arrived. I called to let them know so they could recharge. They were very kind and told me to keep the items at no charge, basically because I called them back about getting the items. Other than this mishap I have always received my orders within a couple of days if not the next day.

My Cat passed away from kidney disease, so I called chewy to see if I could send the box of hydro care that I had only used two packages. She was so sweet, not only did she give me a credit, She said to donate the box! Which I gave my vet to put in their donation box. Two days later I received a Beautiful Bouquet of Flowers with a card from Chewy reading, Sorry for your loss! What a Wonderful, Compassionate, Company! I have used them for years for my Three Cats and have always received the best products and service! I will continue to use Chewy for my Cat Coby, Thanks again your kindness meant so much. Last week our pup Asher lost his battle with kidney failure. We had just received a shipment of his food from Chewy.com. I messaged them from the website to see if I could return the food I had just received. I had the pleasure of messaging with Tanyla, she told me she would give us a full refund and to donate the remaining food to a local shelter. The following day I received a bouquet of flowers and opened the card to see it was from Tanyla and the Chewy family. What a great sentiment and customer service!
