The products are good but they need to stop using FED EX. I put in my order on 9/5 and it didn't ship until 9/8, now it won't be here until 9/10. I have been out of cat food for 3 days and this is unacceptable especially since there is a Chewy distribution center 5 minutes from my home along with a FED Ex distribution center literally right next to Chewy and my product gets shipped from another state.

I like ordering from chewy, it’s convenient for me but the fed ex in my area is so unreliable and unfortunately they use fed ex. Fed ex is always delayed. Always. I was supposed to receive my order Yesterday but it’s been delayed. Then I was supposed to get it today but it’s delayed again. I will be out of dog food tomorrow but it’s Labor Day so I don’t even know if they’ll be open, only petco sells what I need. UPS is amazing but fed ex is literally always delayed. I cant rely on fed ex so I need to find somewhere else to get my dog stuff.

I aim so dissatisfied with Chewy using FedEx as there shipper.There packages are never here when they say.Chewy needs to find another shipper or I will look to order my product elsewhere.This is not a good review for Chewy because of Fedex.I have had this problem before.My dog is on a special food and it's taking way to long to receive this.

I’ve been even using chewy for years and really like it until recently.I ordered 6 cases of cat food because I was having hip surgery and couldn’t get out. My order was late which I totally understand,stuff happens.My complaint is why do you pack the boxes so full.cant you put in to 2 boxes?My delivery gal dropped off the box on the lawn not even close to my door.I was home so I asked her if she could bring it to the door,I got major attitude.she was pissed.They need to be told to put the packages inside the door and not leave it on the lawn.😡

I have used Chewy for years, delivery used to take a couple of days (even during COVID), but it has been going downhill quickly. I normally order food for my dog (vet prescription) and on several occasions I've had to order from somewhere else just because it's taking so long. The current order is apparently taking 11 days.... Word of advice - if you're ordering food, make sure you give yourself a LONG window before you run out

I've never had a problem with Chewy, they've always been great with my auto ship orders. But recently due to the fact that they use Fedex for shipping it's become a disaster. I believe Fedex is going to ruin Chewy's reputation and scare away customer's. I'm thinking of cancelling my auto ship orders for good and shopping elsewhere because of Fedex. My orders are either late or left outside of my apartment complex building where they can be stolen, which they have been. Hopefully Chewy addresses this problem with the shipping or I'm ready to go elsewhere.

I used to get my orders in 1-2 days. The last order was shipped in 5 separate shipments! I ordered on June 12th and have received 3 of the 5 over the last 3 days. The canned cat food that I needed won't arrive until June 18th! I now have to try and find car food in the store. I'm in Georgia and the food is shipping from Arizona. So much for fast 1-2 day shipping.

Poor customer service. Always late deliveries. Amazon, Petco and other competitors are doing the same with better coupons and sales than Chewy. Really need to retrain their customer service representatives. Rude with no sympathy/empathy.
