Before I begin my reason for my excellent let me say my recent six months of trying to get my pet meds from Chewy have been the worst. But without that issue, my past experience outweighs this big negative. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel passed away October 2022. I had meds from Chewy and they let me return them as they were not used. A+. not only did they do that but I had a dozen yellow roses delivered to my home. To this day, this memory is still warm to my heart. I have not shopped at Chewy recently but I just received a birthday for my two new furry babies. I will use this discount. Chewy, do better is your prescription department, but you will always have a place in my heart. XOXOX

As Amazon has destroyed the local brick and mortar bookstores Chewy has closed the local pet shops. But the customer service and prices on Chewy could not compare to my former local pet stores. Chewy has everything and GREAT customer service. I once wrote a negative review on a cat hairbrush and they refunded the money on the brush and said to donate to a shelter if I could. Yesterday we bought some litter by mistake and Chewy issued a refund and suggested I donate to a local shelter. Chewy is a model for excellent customer service!

I am constantly amazed by how amazing Chewy is. They have great customer support and are extremely compassionate. I switched to using Chewy becuase it is a breeze to order prescription cat food through them. It is less expensive and they reach out to your vet for authorization, making the process easier and quicker. I've had to return prescription food due to a change in my cat's illness and they extremely understanding and they only ask that you donate the unused food to a shelter. I will never order my cat food or supplies anywhere else!

Chewy is absolutely amazing! All of the people that I have spoken to have been so extremely helpful! Chewy representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable!! I've called Chewy with some strange questions and they talked to me about resolving the problem with my pups. I love that they are part of my family! Sissy, Frodo and I thank you so very much!!!!!

One of the few companies that just does the right thing. When I adopted my cat, I had a few issues with finding the right diet for her. Chewy was so helpful, offering any refund anytime something didn't work. No complaints, arguments, or anything. Just results to satisfy the customer. Recently I had an order shipped with a few dented cans, and Chewy gladly credited me for the cans that were dented. I will be a lifer with Chewy, because they are a throwback company that does the right thing.

I had to call Chewy to get my 20% birthday coupon to work that was for one of my dogs, Lucy.. and as she was helping me get that working she had asked how old my dog was turning and I had told her that actually I came home from work and she was passed away :( … she apologized and was so nice! A couple days later I get roses sent to me with a vase and a note! I was in such awe and it touched my heart! Her name was Ashlee!! I hope she sees this and knows how amazing and kind that was and I will forever remember this… thank you so much Ashlee!

I have never once waited on hold to speak with customer service at chewy. They are quickly accessible 24/7. I had to call last weekend to remove my dogs from autoship of meds because of them passing away and the rep Leslie was so incredibly sweet to me and helped me out. She then sent flowers to my house to say sorry for my loss! Very kind service rep and always nice experiences with chewy.

When my cat died I needed to discontinue my monthly cat food delivery. They sent me a huge bunch of pink roses and a condolence card!
