Nothing but problems I have auto ship and order dog food and many other items. My dog food takes sometimes 2 weeks to get to me and other times ends up lost! I use chewys brand American Journey dry food so NOW Im forced to switch my brand and cancel chewy. This has created quite a problem for us. I have a standing order every 2 weeks but several times been left with no dog food while my order travels the US!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. They loose ,mess up orders and deliver to wrong addresses We are DONE !!

The first time my husband order from this website, I was very impressed by how fast things were delivered to our door. The last two times we ordered from them orders have been taking for ever. We order some food for our pets on February the 25th. Today is March 2nd and my husband called chewy to ask for the delivery and the person that help him over the phone told him that the order was expected to get to us on March 9th. Seriously? We canceled the order and we won’t order from this place again.

Before I started using Chewy I read all the reviews which were of course fantastic. I read how they sporadically send treats for your pet etc. I have had nothing but trouble since I started with this company. Simple monthly order, 4 cases of the same cat food every month. They ship me food I didn't order, they ship me 1 case instead of 4 but charge me for 4. Done with the games this company plays. So frustrating and beyond unprofessional

They are the worst to deal with regarding Prescription dog food...keep declining my order stating my Vet declined the Prescription...not true. My Vet approved the prescription.. Every time I call, you don't get to talk to the department that fills the order because they are the ones declining the fulfillment...only customer service and they are no help...very frustrating...meanwhile my dog cannot get the prescribed food because of their ineptness.

I live in MD and usually the orders come from PA and it is 2 days (3 tops - slow). A small portion of the order (Pkg. 1) was delivered from PA. The larger portion of the order (Pkg. 2) has been in transit since Feb. 22 from NV. I placed the entire order on Feb. 21. I have been pulling up tracking every day and the delivery date continues to change. Pkg. 2 has been in PA since Feb. 26. Today is Feb. 28. I called Chewy's customer service this morning to find out what was the issue and was told that someone would follow up and get back to me by phone or email. This did not occur. So, I called again this afternoon before 5p and was told that it takes 48 hrs. for an investigation. I advised customer service to cancel the order. I have 6 dogs and I am not going to continue to go to the pet store to get items to get by until Pkg. 2 shows up. I was advised that they could not cancel a shipment. The customer service agent's attitude was really what blew me away. I was polite, but assertive. However, I learned absolutely nothing from both of my calls to customer service today. Chewy's shipping and customer service has degraded significantly. I have been a customer for 7+ yrs. and I tend to order every 4-6 weeks and each order is typically $350-$550. The few times in the past when I have had an issue, Chewy would make a much better effort to arrive at a speedy solution. I am extremely disappointed and will probably take my hard earned money elsewhere. Chewy's management has changed and it is NOT the same company.

I've tried to order prescriptions twice, and it's been a miserable experience both times. In my first experience, my vet prescribed 75mg of a joint medicine. Chewy cancelled the order twice (without informing me) because I ordered 100 50mg tabs (with the intent of breaking one in half) instead of 50 100mg tabs (where I would break off one-quarter). Absolutely stupid. Most recently, after a four-day wait during which I assumed my dog's prescription was on the way, Chewy emailed to say that they couldn't reach my vet to verify the Rx. My vet takes my calls every time, so Chewy didn't try very hard. That was annoying, but I scanned and emailed the signed script on the vet's prescription pad. Chewy responded that that wasn't good enough (but told me that that I could snail-mail the prescription). That's nonsense. Chewy is great at "cutesy" stuff like signing emails "over and snout" but then it comes to actual service, they are slow, unresponsive, hard to work with. Get your pet meds somewhere else.

I've heard great things about this company but unfortunately I'm hear to tell you,no warn you of there service partnered with fed ex be prepared to have your order lost be greeted by ignorant customer service that instead of helping with the problem made it completely worse starting to see a very disturbing pattern with all the mega one stop online stores and that is they have gotten to big for there britches the individual consumers don't mater to them anymore I had time sensitive material that was urgently needed people told me to trust chewy so no I'm out a best friend and the order I placed last Monday will be here by this Thursday thank you chewy for ruining my life

Our regular autoship deliver was shipped on Monday 2/21, part of the order was delivered on time. The other package, Tyler’s human grade dog food which is frozen, was also shipped on 2/21 for delivery on 2/23. On 2/24 Chewy sent a message it would be late. On 2/27 it was still not delivered. When I tracked it on Fed Ups web site it showed weather delay on 2/23. The package was coming from Nevada to Arizona, a 7 hour drive. It’s funny how FedUps has weather problems from Nevada to arizona but UPS doesn’t, and delivers on time. We have been having too many problems with FedUps delivery service and are avoiding companies that use them! I finally called Chewy on 2/27 to ship the order again because obviously the frozen human grade dog food is spoiled and unusable if it does ever get delivered, my guess is Fed Ups will never update the tracking system to show what happened, and we will start looking for a new pet food company!
